Excellent service from staff at Drivesure -friendly and very professional. Arrived at 2.15 on a Saturday and no problem. Good advice on possible issues to look out for and all done quickly and easily. 😊

I went there on Saturday and had a really great experience with the girl at the reception. She has an excellent customer service etiquette. Very professional and extremely helpful to all customers. Very efficient at handling busy environment and a long queue. Thank you so much..

Amazing service will deffinatly be going back and recomending to everyone! From walking into the reception the customer service was outstanding and very welcoming and efficient, the workers inspecting the vehicle were amazing and helpful and have great customer service and very professional.

Courteous service on Friday 31 December at noon from a Gentleman ex Taxi Driver being a perfect person for me to meet. He also placed the various stickers onto the windscreen like a Renoir Painting Thank you.

Awesome staff that actually know what they are talking about, and showed me what was wrong.gave me advice about my mechanic with his dangerous work. Definitely oe them a box . Will he back with more cars

Friendly, welcoming helpful presence from lovely lady at the counte,r followed with fast WOF check by two gentlemen I could see working as a great team. I love the smiles and laughter in the work place amongst the team, encouraged me to catch wind of it.

I was here today after 2pm. It wasn't as busy as it was at 11am. There were only two staff on Santesh and Sant (not sure how they coped), but throughout dealing with very demanding customers all day, they remained professional and dealt with pressure swiftly and calmly. They could've closed and went home to spend new years eve with their families. Thanks for great service Santesh and Sant you two were impeccable👍

Very thorough in inspecting your vehicle for a WOF, pricing is usually at $70, your receipt says special price at $65 . They can be quite busy, that was pre-covid and post-covid.

I have been coming here to Drivesure Manukau for 7 years now. Friendly customer service here. Very efficient, checks done on your vehicle are pretty fast. I have no plans on going anywhere else.

Great service. I popped in to check availability for the following day and they offered to process my car for a WOF on the spot. Super fast. Santa did my WOF and talked me through the inspection report when my car was done. Highly recommend Drivesure Vehicle Testing Manukau.

The team at Drivesure Manukau were amazing, so helpful and professional. We had our car shipped over from Australia and Bonnie helped us get everything sorted from compliance through to getting our rego and WOF sorted before we even arrived in Auckland to pick it up. Last min decision to get my WOF and car serviced and the boys got this sorted for me without a problem. They even pointed me in the right direction to get my tyres sorted and pretty sure if there was anything else needed they'd be able to help (very helpful being new to the area) All up quick reliable and awesome experience - ill definitely be coming through again when the next WOF or service is due. Cheers team!

I brought my car over from Scotland and the guys were excellent from the moment I took it into Drive Sure to the minute I drove off. Kaz in particular went the extra mile for me and sorted every piece of paperwork and even fixed my plates on as well, top man 👍

Dear Drivesure, I would like to give a huge compliment to the two gentlemen who had serviced (WOF) my car today at Manukau branch. (12 October 2020) Kaz has serviced my car many times in the past, he has always been very friendly and welcoming. While doing his checks, Kaz had noticed that the area where you fill up petrol was rusty. Kaz had remembered from my last service that he had reminded me to get that rust sorted before it gets worse however I had completely forgotten to get it fixed. Kaz went out of his way to scrub the rust off and used a special spray to prevent the rust from worsening. Thomas also played a part in ensuring that all checks were done properly, my rego lights had stopped working so instead of Thomas sending me away to get it fixed he gave me an option to get it fixed at the site which saved me the hassle of having to find the right bulbs which can be very time consuming especially for a female like myself who has no clue about car parts. Both Kaz and Thomas were very thorough with their checks and both took the time to ensure that their checks were done correctly. I really appreciate both their hard work and also their work ethics of going above and beyond especially when it had past the closing time. It was well after 1700 yet they did not rush their work as they had made sure that everything was done correctly. I would like to thank them both for providing me with such great service, workers like Kaz and Thomas are the reason why a female like me can feel very comfortable in a male dominated environment, I am always treated fairly at this branch. Kaz and Thomas are such great assets to the company which is why I continue to service my car at Manukau Drivesure. Thank you again Kaz & Thomas Keep up the good work !! Definitely recommend coming here to get your WOF done. Friendly group of guys and fast and efficient service. What more could you ask for. In and out in 20 mins (when it's quiet) Will definitely be back for sure. Price is on par with VTNZ. Just make sure you get a WOF discount card. You'll get 5 dollars off every second visit.

WOF and oil change in under 30 minutes as i was the first customer on a Saturday morning $5 discount off the next visit Very friendly staff Some reading material would be nice while you wait coffee shop really close by I will be back I would thoroughly recommend this place. Good value for money

Good friendly staff were you get a quick but a proper check on your vehicle. Generally, you don't have to wait too long except maybe Saturday mornings. The wait is nothing like a busy VTNZ station. But every bit as thorough in there checks. Good staff, good eguipment.

Great quick warrant of fitness. A full report is given along with tyre checks and wiper replacement. They do not offer full mechanical services as this is not a workshop but purely a testing station. They did offer an oil change and filter change if required. Hope this helps. Don't forget to thumbs up 👍

Awesome customer service and work provided from Drivesure Manukau. From my experience of initial phone enquiry through to having a WOF and service done, I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Very friendly to deal with, high standard of work and great value for money too.

I use to always take my car for a WOF and Rego here, however they have become too expensive and picky about everything, even child restraints that has been installed. I probably would not use them again based on the cost. I did like the reminders that they use to send UPDATE: I have taken my car to Vtnz before and found that they where just as picky. It seems that you don't have any mechanical experience and pick on things that has nothing to do with safety and cannot back it up with the WOF manual. Stating that the the oil needs to be changed has nothing to do with safety neither do you know what was last placed in the vehicle. This is what I meant by becoming picky. As I also stated I use to take my cars to Drivesure until the last time where my wife took it and it was failed and then I brought it in (without doing anything) and it was passed, this just indicates inconsistencies in your process and that you are trying to take advantage of people that don't know anything about their vehicles.

Have trusted the advise from the WoF inspector Poni from this branch for years. Great service and recommended to all. Many members from #clubmpsnz bring their cars here for this trusted service. Spacious waiting room with a filtered water cooler for convenience.

Take the WOF inspection very seriously, do a great job and offer vehicle service as well
