100% recommended. Craig and team have been my mechanics for 2 years now and I'm certain I'll remain their loyal customer. They are consistently thorough, professional and communicate clearly in terms of costs and expectations. I've never been able to fault their service and their value for money is remarkable. Additionally Craig has helped me out on short notice a couple of times which has been exceptional. I trust them, and feel like they talk to me like an adult who understands her car despite my gender. Craig and his team are great. Trustworthy and genuine in their advice and solutions. Willing and able to help a non-car person understand what’s needed and give different options. Have had a few cars serviced here and have no hesitation in recommending.

Craig and his team go above and beyond. We had a problem with a difficult light in an old car and nothing as too much trouble for them - I needed it fixed in a hurry and needed transport independently for my work. The normal wait time was a week but they made it happen within 2 days ahead of a very busy weekend. I will continue to use this team for their excellent service and personal empathy. Thanks again!!

Like most people, I dread taking my car to the garage, because eight times out of ten they will either be incompetent or dishonest, or worst of all- incompetent AND dishonest. This garage certainly wasn't incompetent, they were very competent in fact, and I was happy with the reasonable price charged for fixing up my car up for its warrant of fitness. I will DEFINITELY return next time my old bomb needs anything doing to it. Recommended.

Fixed the transmission on my 2000 S40 Volvo, other mechanics from the area recommended to take the car to the wreckers, as transmission issues are expensive to fix. It was an easy fix, but you do need a good mechanic. And it was way less than expected. I will be back for sure! Highly recommend it!

We have had our Mini and Hyundai serviced by Eastern Bay for a few years. Craig has always been honest and reliable.

Friendly service when taking my car on for a service with loan car to make things a lot easier. Repaired a part rather than buying a new part which was very dear. Will absolutely use them again.

Craig was great! He patiently explained the what the issue with my car was and fixed it within the day. Will definitely go to him for any future problems.
