M.Excellent service. Kept to quote cost. Going back for more service later this year. Will be a big one so I trust they will deliver. Very good and first time I have used them. They replaced my adaptive headlight unit. Colin has difficulty with English but thats probably where he's from - cant help it. HAHA. Gotcha Colin. See you next time. P.My car ended up needing a major service but what a difference it has made. They kept me informed of the costs, provided a good little loaner (for a small cost) and gave me my car back groomed and clean.
I must admit my Mercedes has never felt as good to drive as it is now thanks to the team at EuroService Auckland. Thanks Colin and the rest of the crew!

H.I came in today to have my car checked as I was having low turbo pressure and the guys at Euroservice located the problem very quickly, called me up before going ahead with repairs, and got my car back at full power in no time. And they provided me with an AMG for a rental. Would recommend taking your Bimmer or Mercedes here
S.I booked my car in when it was smoking badly. Right from talking with the mechanic I first met there , to the receptionist taking my enquiries, and the person who groomed the car I had nothing but friendliness and quick thorough service. The owner wanted to reassure me about what was happening, too. Even with an extra tricky problem, I have nothing but good service. Thank you
S.They have the software and know Euro cars but there solutions could be too expensive. Reception is quite smart and helpful will answer your queries. They are good Mercedes and Euro car guys

You sevice was superb, the car is running perfectly (albeit I won’t have it for much longer as it is being sold), and had no further issues.
You customer attention and attitude was excellent and if it hadn’t been for you I would have spent heaps more out of not knowing what was wrong; you saved me hundreds of dollars.
Rest assured I will be taking to you any other european car I may buy.

Peter kept me informed and updated every day whilst my car was within your services and gave me an accurate and helpful diagnostic - something I had failed to receive from another garage who had briefly looked at my car before I took it to Euroservice.
I will happily come back should my car face anymore issues or for my next WOF.

S.All mechanics here are specialized in Merc & BMW. My family has both Merc & BMW, and always get serviced and repaired here. Small job or big job does not matter, same standard applies to all work carried out. All repairs are explained clearly to customers before commence. No nasty surprises!
