A.One of the best service centers around Auckland! The reviews don't lie!! Had my vehicle go in for an electrical repair as my vehicle was misfiring. Dealt with Ian and he went up and beyond trying to find a solution for me and the rest team were straight to the issue and got back to me really quickly. I would highly recommend the guys at GVI.

A.Took my mazda 6 2017 for a WOF late last year for a wof, good service and it was easy to seal with. Great customer service and will definitely come back next year.
J.I just did a servicing & WoF with GVI during Level 2 lockdown, good and very quick service from friendly people. Couldn't get a loaner car as I'm still on international driver licence. Ellerslie train station is not too far away in case you have to take public transit. 10/10 I'll be coming back with my kiwi licence.

A.Very good team. Communication with customer is second to none. Fully informed as to everything needed. Just a oil/ filter change and W.O.F today. Done once and done right. They took the liberty to replace my park lights for wof. Didn't even know what they were. No more flickering front bulbs. Thanks so much team. These guys really know their stuff! Happy to continue my history with them, pay my great car off and buy my wife a Lexus. Wont hesitate to return to GVI. Relax, your vehicle is with an awsome team.🙂

J.I had what I thought was a fatal turbo problem on my 2015 Mahindra
Pik-Up.I was looking at $2500 for a replacement
But the techs at GVI Service diagnosed it as a simple split hose which cost a very small amount to remedy.
Also I was particularly impressed by the depth of technical knowledge of the front-of-house staff.They are not just there to take bookings!
