M.Terry and Stephen are fantastic mechanics. Always honest about what work needs doing and how much it will cost. Three times I have used them now, and the cost has been cheaper than quoted. They also do the repairs in a very timely manner. I spent years searching for a good, honest mechanics and have finally found it at Henderson Valley Automotive.

D.These guys are amazing! They saved me thousands. I brought my vehicle to them which had already been diagnosed, and quoted for, a blown head gasket. It took them less than 5 minutes to tell me my head gasket was fine and my oil was just blocked. They could have charged me for a head gasket. They knew I was prepared to pay it. Instead they were honest and I couldn't be more grateful. I'll definitely be returning to them if I ever need repairs and I'd recommend them to anyone. They really are amazing. M.Absolutely perfect customer service. My car failed its warrant and I called to ask about some quotes and the guy I spoke to went above and beyond. He explained everything I didn't understand and explained how I could actually do most of it myself. He saved me over 200 dollars. In the end didn't need any services from here. So despite it meant he wasn't getting paid he took the time to help me out.
M.Brilliant work on my car. Costed me the earth, but for the work and the new engine, the price was pretty reasonable.
k.Just like to say THANK YOU to Terry and Steve for being the most honest and approachable mechanics I have ever been too. No problems booking in for repairs and services always have a courtesy car available. Thorough explanations of what is needed (In person or by phone) and go out of their way to give the best price whilst doing a top job . M.Went to Henderson Valley Automotive to get my cambelt replaced today. I was given a reasonable quote from them for it (in the middle of the range of which others had quoted). I choose them because they were closer to home. They were easy to book in with, completed the job fast and allowed me to use a courtesy car. No issues with communication. In the end the price they charged came in about $120 cheaper than quoted so was super stoked. Cheers. Would highly recommend to others.
L.Absolutely Excellent. There I was panicking it was going to cost around $400. But after finding the disturbing error tightening the bolts and then some wielding !$50! . My car is all warranted now and I'm over the moon. Steve and Terry are the best honest car mechanics, that will find the best option at a bloody good price. As for a review I read from acer-wanker Wilson, he said 45 mins his car was there and he was charged an hour and a half, well dickhead that's because you probably had two mechanics work on it.
X.It is never fun to have a breakdown, or your car damaged by strangers, but visiting this workshop always make the experience better. They are professional, fast and the bill always come to a very reasonable number. Cannot recommend more.
R.Great customer service and honest which was very appreciated! (Saved me a couple hundred) Could have ripped me off but let me know that what was needed just needed to be adjusted instead of replaced. Will visit again in the future
T.Terry & Steve do my warrants of fitness. ( I do 95% of my own repairs & maintenance), They do a proper job, I can see what they are looking at , if they find any issues, and they are happy to explain any of them & what is necessary to put them right, (unlike some places that might make notes on the check sheet but only put vague chalk marks on the affected area where it isn't always easy to be certain of what you are supposed to be doing. )They have a reasonable charge ,not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive. They are a little out of my way to go to, but I consider it well worth it
N.Honest and very experienced. Both my partner and I choose to fix car there all the time. They are the first people come to our mind once we have any problem with our casr.

C.Stellar. We got the car in for a WoF, Cambelt replacement, and more. Done in a day and was cheaper than originally quoted. It's also next to the train station, which was handy!
