R. G.Craig and his team did an excellent job on my car. Prior to giving the job to them I shopped around for quotes (as you do). I found Craig was proactive in responding efficiently to my emails and calls. (very good customer service). His quote wasn't the cheapest but I based part of my decision on his honesty and integrity and to use an old adage "we buy from people that we like".. This holds a lot of weight in the business world.
