J.Brent and Paul provided the best customer service I’ve experienced. Hyde Automotive managed to source a cylinder head stud for my Triumph Vitesse, of 1968 vintage. Brent followed up a couple of times on the same day, and sourced the hard to find engine bolt. The team couriered the bolt to my door, and also offered some helpful advice, all for a very fair price. Thank you both!

F.Called over the phone to see if my car could be looked at, unfortunately they were booked out however Brent did recommend other repairs that they often send some of their customers to when it gets busy which was much appreciated. He also took the time to ask what was wrong with my car & advised what was potentially the issue and how to move forward. Brent was also apologetic about not being able to book me in which I appreciate, he has a wealth of knowledge. Recommended.
