As a young woman I often approach mechanics with a large amount of skepticism but they do an excellent job of making sure they are being clear and honest about all of their services.
Even went as far as to take me under my car with a torch to show me what needed to be done for my WOF.
11/10 I’ve been here 3 times this year and will likely never visit a different shop.

Came to get my WoF done, and wanted servicing done too.
Not only did they help me with a quick turnaround with very good outcome, but when I came in the evening to collect my car, it was vacuum cleaned and polished (for free).
I had my 9 months old as well with me, and they helped me transfer the baby seat from the courtesy car to my car as well.
The best is also an understatement.
T.I have never come across a better mechanic!
I've used their service 4-5 times for different reasons and every time they go above and beyond what I ask.

R.Great service all round. Phoned up needing some new tyres and brake pads and Jay booked me in for the following day. When I arrived I was initially looking to buy 4 new tyres but he inspected the car and said I only need 3 and offered a cheaper option which was great as i am a student so was needing to save money, really appreciated the honesty as he could have just taken the extra money.
Service was quick, great price, awesome friendly customer service, I would definitely recommend and will come back.

N.We have always had a great experience with Hygrade Motors - we've taken our cars for services and WOFs for the last 4-5 years, and will likely stay with them even if we move out of the area. Pramodh is always lovely to deal with and remembers my husband and I as regulars. He always discusses what's needed for our WOF and gives options for what's urgent and what can wait. We also get small bonuses or little discounts for our regular custom. Our car is always given back to us nice and clean, inside and out, such a nice little bonus! I feel like my car is in tip-top shape afterwards. They also send out txt reminders when your next service/WOF is coming up, which is handy. We are loyal customers :)

V.Great display of professionalism and workmanship. I have been to a couple of places where I was asked to change the transmission for my prius as there was a grunting noise filtered through the cabin. When I came to this place for service after a test drive they diagnosed it was tyre noise so we changed tires and now I feel like am driving a 100% electric vehicle extremely quiet cabin, I really think I found my one stop shop for my car's needs. Great team work by ashok, prasad and pramod. Highly recommended 10 out of 10. All it takes is one visit to become regular customers here. Keep up the great work team. All the best.

A.My family has been going here for years. Ashok and Ranjit are very honest and go above and beyond. They tell us all that is required and then prioritize what is necessary to deal with at the moment which is great when you are on a tight budget. They even vacuumed and washed my car free of charge and fitted in a missing hub cap for free. They have always offered to drop us back home/to work when we have handed a car in for a wof. They really go beyond what is required. Definitely going back.
