Amazing experience here at Mazda West Auckland. I had couple of error lights on my Mazda3 dashboard. Super efficient service and everything went smooth. Issue was resolved and it only took a few hours. They even booked an uber for me to go home while they fixed the issue.

I called in today with a small problem and was asked immediately if I needed any help. The technician who fixed the problem and the bright, cheerful young lady in the front office were a pleasure to deal with.

Clinton, the service manager has been great to deal with. Any issues that have arisen, he is quick to action and provide solutions to rectify. The team of technicians have been great to deal with and very knowledgeable, however the customer service team could benefit from some training. Appreciate the great service Clinton and the above and beyond premium groom on my vehicle during this last service. Thanks again, I value the great communication and keep up the great management!

Quality of work is good. Quality of communication could be improved. Took my car in with three separate problems on an early Friday morning. No update until 3-3:30pm with an update on just one of my faults.
Wasn't until late Monday did I have an update on the other two.
I would've preferred all 3 faults to be looked at so I could know a complete cost of repairs.
If you can, take it to the John Andrew in Grey Lynn. By far the better branch.

I used the service Centre for my Ford escape St line. I am very much disappointed with quality of service. I had bad experience twice.
When you believe the service will be done to standards and trust them, they don't leave up to the standards.
No car wash or cleaning at all (both times). No apologies and reasons.
Car wheel rotation. No change at all! What's the point in service.

Team did a great job when servicing my car recently, I added some extras & when I picked it up the bill was still under what I've paid for a standard service from other places as well as the car smelt fresh & clean. Staff were very friendly & followed up about a previous issue I'd had with the vehicle. Overall just felt like they really cared about what they did & will definitely be only using them from now on.

Be prepared ... you will be known by your car's plate number. Though I do understand the 'why' behind it, I still find it appallingly impersonal and really do HATE this aspect of their practice. As somebody who doesn't know much about cars, I have encountered a few condescending attitudes over the years but recently everyone I've dealt with has been courteous and helpful. They are expensive and you can have an exasperating experience if you have the bad luck of buying a Ford that turns out to be a bit of a lemon, like mine. You are then pretty much required to use one of Ford service centres so, if you're stuck between a rock and a hard place, this centre is not too bad.

Good service centre for Mazda. The staff are cool and took their time to investigate the issues I had reported. Nothing unpleasant about the place, good seating area and well catered to maintain hygiene with COVID situation etc. They also have a coffee machine for your early morning Java fix.

Great team and good contact, my Everest had a weird issue with the windscreen making noise in the body. It took a little while but they had to figure out what the issue was plus I had a new courtesy car the whole time so it was fine. Noise fixed, thanks guys

A little on the pricey side. But prefer to go with genuine Ford parts and a ford service centre to avoid potential issues down the road.
Booking in was easy and the follow up reminder text was a nice touch. Communication with me was good so I knew what to expect. The multiple follow up emails asking me to rate my service is a little unnecessary though.

Went in to have the airbag recall issue with my 2003 Atenza sorted. I arrive early, they were able to take my car and sort the issue all before I had finished my coffee. I was back on the road before my appointment time. Staff were busy but welcoming and were able to answer questions that I asked. Can't fault the service.

Booked in for a service for a company ute. Staff and managers were really easy to deal with. Free coffee on the side while you wait for paper work to get done (not that there was much at all). Courtesy loan car was free of charge (booked in advance), late model and clean CX8. Was advised the service was going to be for an entire day, however got a call just after lunch and was done. Hassle free and easy service. Would've been nice to get have the car a little groomed but not complaining. Quick service and easy to deal with.

The new location is nice with clean toilets. Staff seemed attentive and friendly too. Servicing is on the expensive side for me but maybe it is worth getting genuine mazda parts and expert services? They vacummed and washed my car, and even worked on removing a scratch. That was a appreciated. Thankyou :)

Recently I had occasion to take my Ford Transit Motorhome in for a mysterious ignition problem, I was lucky enough to have Bruce, the head mechanic, take a personal interest in this problem. Through perseverance, experience and dedication to customer support he was able diagnose and remedy the problem.
