A.When you do not know anything at all about the car, it's very hard to find a mechanic who you can trust. My car had some serious issues and I had been tossed around many times. To say the least, it has given me a lot of stress and anxiety over the past few weeks. But then, my car was sent here and suddenly everything changed. These are so kind and good people. Karen is so friendly and thoughtful while Roger knows his stuff. He's got patience to hear you out. His kindness is contagious. I could not have asked for more. I am forever grateful to them!!

P.Finding a good mechanic in a big city like Auckland is like looking for a needle in a haystack but after trying out few local mechanics and not getting anywhere I came across JEM and these guys are the real deal. I dealt with Roger and his old school approach was second to none- provided me with a quote , arranged for a ride back home after I dropped off my car & prompt communication through out the servicing of my car. I'm very impressed with their service and hospitality hence forth I'll always trust them with my car and I'd recommend their services to everyone.
T.Roger knows his stuff. Well priced servicing. Does not over charge! Highly recommended. My ute, my bmw 335i and one of my clients ford fpv are serviced here. Zero complaints.

A.Amazing team, great work. If you want a good old style values Kiwi mechanic this is the place. He takes on apprentices who are also awesome especially if you're not well versed in the old car lingo. I was recommended through a family friend and very pleased.

As travelers here in new Zealand, we had a problem needed fixing in our car...
When we arrived to John Edward motors we were greeted by Roger the manager of the place.
When he heard we are in a middle of a journey here and don't have a lot of time to waste he immediately said he'll try to fit us a soon a possible, and so he did!
Very honest man and place!
Recommend it to everyone, you'll be treated great.
T.These guys are amazing! I went in there for the first time today. Once they heard I had concerns about my brakes, they moved other cars out of the shop so they could hoist mine up to check it straight away. It turned out that the brakes didn't need any work done, so they sent me on my way and didn't charge me for anything. Will be going back when it's time for my next service!
B.Great service from Roger and his team. Great value also, no b*llsh!t they just do what needs repairing. I recommend them to all my family for any mechanical work because I've had nothing but great service. Roger is a good guy and gives good advice, and will go the extra mile to get the job done. As long as you communicate with him exactly what you require then he give you the best options to suit your budget. Any work I need for my XR8 I know Roger is the expert for the job!
From my experiences with Roger and his team l would give them six stars if able to!
