I am so glad I took my car to KAAR for repairs! Pricing was super competitive, especially as I have a European car, and a happy surprise for me. The guys really knew what they were doing, and they were so unbelievably quick and efficient! What I thought would be a nightmare was an easy fix, with great friendly service, and I feel like I can 100% trust the results Definitely will be my go to mechanics from now on for my VW!

Took my car for a service. Booked it in at very short noice without issue, was serviced and WoF'd promptly. 2 days later I punctured a tyre, rang them up to get a new one, and the guy on reception remembered me over the phone and booked it in for the same day. As soon as I parked outside he came out to collect the wheel and processed it without needing me to even go into the office. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service.

The guys at KAAR Henderson did a really awesome job of replacing all four brake rotors and brake pads on my Mercedes. Mark was very knowledgeable and gave the best and honest advice of the work required. Quick service and I was able to have a loan vehicle while the car was off the road.

First time customer and am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and customer service. Had a vehicle that was misfiring and needed urgent diagnostics and repairs. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule. Diagnosed the problem and repaired all in same day. No guesses I found the customer service to go above and beyond. Mark was very friendly and kept me upto date druring the whole process. Giving a sense of security knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Also ended up paying less than the estimate!. Honest, Fast, Reliable. Overall pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be returning for all future services and repairs.

Hadn't used KAAR before and wanted somewhere professional & reliable with a clean workshop. KAAR ticked all the boxes and most importantly, offered the full gambit of services at a reasonable rate. Operating during Level 3 Lockdown, all health and safety protocols were followed. My car is running really well after it's service and WOF. Highly recommend.

I had my transmission service completed at Kaar Henderson. The oil wasn't in the best condition & required flushing several times. I wasn't charged any additional cost for this & the price was very reasonable. I found the team very professional, polite & easy to deal with & they completed all the work in such a timely manner. Would definitely go back & recommended to all.

The team at Kaar motors did an excellent job of removing rust from around windscreen. Patched up chassis rails and repaired exhaust to get truck up to wof standard. Nothing was a problem and repairs made in a professional and timely manner. Cost was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend on my experience.

Been taking a number of my cars to KAAR for years, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, LDV never had any issues. The service team are very professional, communication always excellent. You're always kept in the loop, and given a option so never any unforseen surprises on pick up. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

VTNZ W.O.F repair work carried out. Booking was easy reminder sent to me off my booking, options were discussed including price of a part my vehicle failed W.O.F on, job completed, email sent to say vehicle is ready. W.O.F. obtained. They made it very easy loaning us a loan car for the day, they were honest with us about what did and didn't need doing and it was all finished in a day!

We’ve brung my partner and I’s audis here for the last two years or so! We come here for our regular euro service and repairs, never had a problem with these guys! Would highly recommend if you've got a European it took us a while to find a good place like this.

I found KAAR via Google search. When I rang up to enquire, Receptionist was very professional over the phone. Mark was great and was able to fit me in on a last minute WoF booking... Would definitely come back next time.

Yes you do pay a small premium for ‘the extra mile’ - but when I drive my car in for any work, I leave with total confidence. A 11 month wait for a part ex Japan ended today with its fitting and a new WOF and back on the road legally! Our thanks to ark and the Team for their many efforts to speed up the process but Covid and changing Mitsi structures got in the way. They tried their very best.So thanks for all that...We stand by Kaar.

Well what to say about a simple and periodic service that was well done from a big company? Obviously was good and normal they are technicians I’m not surprised!! But the treatment... Wow!!!! That was the real deal!!! They called me before to remind the overdue service, they called while the job was happening to explain all the little bits ( all related so security ) and they found a small problem that was actually under warranty !!!! Yes!!!! Free of charge!!!! They was digging to provide a free something! Do you believe that ? Yes I do I got it!!! Thanks KAAR to make me feel like a King ! That was much more than a car maintenance! That was a maintenance on the trust of human relations were the respect overlap the business!

KAAR Mitsubishi Henderson have gone above and beyond with servicing my Triton ute . Rang them at 9.15am if it was possible to fit in my vehicle for a full service, dropped vehicle off at 9.30am and by 1pm it was all completed . They communicated very well with me throughout the entire time also with what i needed replaced etc. Keep up the good work team ,highly reccomend.👍

Went back to Kaar Henderson. What a refreshing change, noticed there has been a change of management and the grumpy older man has gone and replaced with a younger English polite man who seems to go that extra mile to explain things and suggestions on how to solve any issues.The staff were all polite, estimate accurate and work completed on time and well done. will recommend to all my friends and family.

IWe take our cars to KAAR Henderson to be serviced by Stuart and co, I had an issue with my car due to emissions, Stuart and his technicians worked on my car, dreading the phone call about the car being fixed yay and the huge bill I was assuming to get, was absolutely over the moon that it was totally not what I expected, I had a bit of a cry, thank you so much Kelvin, Stuart and the technicians, you do an amazing job. Linda and Mike.

They are specialists in off book insurance work! Let's say you caused an accident, and don't want to pay a high excess or lose no claims to fix the other guy, call Mark, if it's worth saving he'll get you out of the proverbial! Ps love the handshake!

A quick thanks to Stuart and his team for their great service while sorting my car out at their Kaar/Mitsibishi Branch in Henderson. My '08 Mitsi Gal Fortis had a very complex issue and these guys went the extra mile to find the problem and get it sorted while keeping the costs as low as possible - this was refreshing. I found them very knowledgeable and the terminology they used was easy to understand. My car is running superbly now and the refreshing thing about it all is I don't feel like i was ripped off in any way. Yes, I highly recommend them and i'll def go back for my next service.

Great service, it was great to be able to get a mechanical inspection done the other side of Auckland so no need to bring the car to one of your work shops. Having read horror stories about other inspections was pleased with yours.
