B.extremely helpful and honest, I drove my car to his workshop when I was sick of a dash light which had decided to remain on , a problem which other auto services could not resolve, however Jamal and his team easily addressed it. he also discovered and showed me another problem with car TSM system. I had a comprehensive MBI on my car so I was happy to get it fixed there, However Jamal suggested to get my car to a BMW workshop as they might offer a better service. he kindly wrote them a letter, explained the problem and provided some technical information . I was totally impressed by the service and honesty
