To begin with receptionist and service team were very approachable and friendly so thumbs up there. Follow that up with the actual service done on the vehicle...top notch and now to mention what I consider to be the 'icing on the cake', had an issue with my front passenger window but no $$$, the technician kindly swapped things about so that I can now wind the window down (he swapped the parts with the back window which I don't use much and when I have the $ I will get it done), furthermore my warrant is due to expire in June and they are letting me bring it back in at that time...even though my voucher expires at the end of February, thereby not wasting the 3 months I still have left on my current warrant. I would definitely recommend Manukau Auto Centre to anyone wanting their car serviced.
R.Highly recommend! First time customer at Manukau Auto Centre and was amazed at the fast and efficient servicing of my car. I expected it to be there all day and got a text to pick it up with in the hour. Previous mechanic had me forking out heaps for multiple “issues”, to the point I would avoiding bringing my car in for anything but a WOF. Expecting to pay hundreds, I only paid for the service price today which was such a nice surprise - genuinely had me shocked. My car is running like new and am very happy with the service at Manukau Auto. Nice to have a place that offers fair prices and and doesn’t give the run around for people like myself who are clueless when it comes to cars. Will definitely be back for all future servicing and WOF.
T.Highly recommend this repairer! My car broke down and knowing absolutely nothing about cars I didn’t know what the issue was. Dan was super helpful and explained to me what needed to be done. He was in contact with me during the whole process which was really reassuring. When I picked up my car he took the time to show me what had been done and offered his help for future if I needed it! (Even showed me how to fill up the water for my window wipers haha). 10/10 ☺️

C.Extremely happy with the service I received last week. Most notably the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I received from a lovely lady by the name of Brooke. Right from my phone call querying the availability to when I left 3 hours later - I was blessed with professional, articulate, patient, friendliness. I believe she’s a great asset to this company! She explained the issues with my car like she had done servicing herself and is literally the only reason I was sane during the long but expected wait. a.Dan and his team is the only mechanic team that I trust with my car. They are such great value and provide the best service. I go to them regularly with my audi A4 and they are very reasonably priced for servicing an European car. I have had many previous negative experiences with other mechanics and am very glad to have been recommended to try Manukau Auto Center and have been using them ever since. Highly recommend!

S.I have been going to this place for awhile now, at the recommendation of my daughter who used them for over 10 years. They are honest, will give you cheaper option if there is one, and have real integrity in dealing with their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. So nice to deal with a mechanic that you know will not take advantage of you because of your lack of auto knowledge.
J.Outstanding work by Dan and his team! My car had extremely bad oxidation and paint blister damage and I got quotes from over twenty different panel beaters around the greater Auckland area. Manukau Auto Centre Ltd was by far the best value for money, and the most professional. Dan replied quickly and honestly to my queries, and kept me up to speed with the process. I was also able to get my brake fluid and coolant sorted at the same time as they also do mechanical repairs. Brilliant and trustworthy business.

J.BEST SERVICE EVER ... These guys are trully the BEST. I was stressing out trying to find an electrical auto centre to repair a cable as my car was completely dead. I came across manukau auto centre and got to say they were fast and efficient and were able to order the part needed on the day and arrived the following day which I was blown away with and were able to repair it that day and the service overall was AMAZING from the beautiful receptionist ladies to the mehcanics that repaired my car . Just want to say THANKYOU so much and I will be coming back again and again . The price was so reasonable and forgot to get his name but he filled me in with everything about the cost, what's need repairing to when I drovee my car that day and getting a call to see if everything is working fine. Which in fact worked beautifully . I'm blown away by such amazing service I got today. 😊 I'm a very happy and pleased. Trully recommend them to anyone for any fault in your car .
