J.Their team was amazing, and they didn't even service my car. They helped me with a loan car, checked my car and suggested a transmission specialist to sort it out. Really appreciate their help and professionalism, and will bring my car for service next time, for sure.
L.Had to purchase replacement headlamp bulb at short notice. Extremely accommodating and Michies also fitted the replacement unit while I waited at no extra cost. Just FANTASTIC service - will be DEFINITELY having my next annual vehicle service with these guys!

P.Friendly staff and professional mechanics. The mechanic was empathetic and had a good heart. Even the front counter staff were welcoming and accomodating.
L.Able to have car towed there first thing Fri in morning, I had overfillled the oil, they called me back that arvo - car ready oil changed etc done and I had also cracked the muffler, they suggested a place to get exhaust done and I was able to get that done Sat morn after picked car up. Also advised on alarm etc
C.Michies are always great to take car for WOF - punctual, quick, great service, and great comms.

T.VTNZ failed wof. When contacted and without hesitation to bring car i firt thing i n morning and three things on the list were fixed and wof issued so i did not have to go back to VTNZ.Also, I have a long relationships with your business.

S.Called up on a Saturday for an urgent WOF, with a trip north planned for the Sunday. My car failed because it didn’t have a rear high mount brake light, but Clint went above and beyond to get the part ordered in and fitted and the warrant passed that day. Also arranged collection of the car outside their working hours. Top service.
S.I went in to Michies as there seemed to be a fault with my trailer lights. The attendant was very knowledgeable and checked a few common problems. He talked me through what he was doing as he went, educating me a little too!
After 5-10 mins he had cleaned a few things and tightened others... in which time, the trailer was fixed and I wasnt charged!!
These guys are great and I always chose to have my vehicle serviced here!

A.I went to Michies for the first time earlier this week. Was greeted by Travis and he explained what needs to be done and how much it will cost. As he started working on my car the next day, he found a couple of things which meant the cost would go significantly higher than was originally expected. He called me and clearly communicated everything to me before doing any work and was able to explain to me why the additional work was required. He also did some minor work in the interior, free of cost and gave me an additional overall discount because the cost had gone higher than we originally expected. At the end it worked out to be ok and my car was returned to me on time and ready to go.

D.These guys are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, they are VERY fair. Have done a couple of things on one of our cars and didn't charge. Work is always a high standard. Never feel like I've been over charged.
S.Awesome and super smooth experience with the WOF for my car today. I called this morning and they were happy to let me in straight away. Was done in 30-40mins and the team was very professional and friendly to explain the minor issues found. Quote was most reasonable, they don't add labour or other hidden charges unlike other places that try to rip you off. Couldn't have asked for a better customer experience and would never take my car anywhere else. A trusted and well established place in the middle of Takapuna right behind Shorecity mail.
P.I have taken 3 cars in now which had just failed on me. Every time they were fixed more or less immediately by the friendly team at really affordable cost. These guys clearly know what they are doing and value their customers.

J.Always a pleasant experience with Mitchies, they always update me on their findings when I bring my car in for maintenance and ask me before doing any major "operations", I've gone to them for years, and through 3 different cars from my very first one to my current car with no issues
C.I moved to Takapuna earlier this year and had heard great things about Michies so I decided to take my car in for a service and WOF last week. I was absolutely delighted with the service I received. Ryan and Lynn were fantastic, I don’t know very much about cars but they explained everything to me very clearly. Lynn called me to explain what needed to be done and why and how much it was going to cost me before the work was done, which meant there was no surprises when I collected my car. The cost of the work was very reasonable and the customer service was fantastic and I left a happy customer. Unfortunately, just three days after getting four new tyres I managed to drive over a nail puncturing one of my tyres which was not repairable. I called Michies and within an hour they had fitted a new tyre for me which they sold to me at cost and fitted it for free, as well as giving me a complimentary puncture repair kit. This went beyond the level of service that I expected and I couldn’t recommend Michies highly enough. Thanks guys you are awesome!
C.Took a car there yesterday after it failed it's WOF due to the brake pads. Called up in the morning and they were flexible to fit me in and get it done by the end of the day. Travis explained well what needed doing and the cost. They called to confirm the cost once the wheels were off and they knew the extent of the work needed. Ended up actually being slightly cheaper than originally quoted and I was able to pick it up a few hours after dropping it off with the WOF re-check included as they are VTNZ certified. Thanks so much!

W.I’ve been using Michies for around 18 months now and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The service is quick and efficient and they always seem to go the extra mile - with advice, service and always doing their best to fit in with your plans and timing.
