J.I am not a person who likes to leave reviews but should mention My family and I have been coming here for years now. Dan and his team have always been amazing with their level of customer service and the highest quality of work on vehicles. 100% recommended these guys for all your vehicles services and treating us fairly. Keeping the royalty relationship from the customer are the important way to be a successful business.
K.Amazing service from the guys at Midas City. They went out of their way to help me. Being a senior finding a good and honest mechanic can be hard, but these guys are now my go to car guys. Trustworthy and they are well priced as compared to others
R.Awesome workshop to deal with, I have been using Dan and his crew to service mine and my families vehicles for some years now.
I always have faith that Dan and his crew have my families safety as his first priority. I have been let down by other workshops before using poor quality products and unqualified people working on my vehicles leading to break downs. These guys have never let me down.
For me, the safety of my family while driving on the roads is tops and i can not put a price tag on that.

K.We've been taking the car for a service and WOF here for a couple of years and the service we receive is always fantastic. Very professional and honest. The car's previous owner also used this garage and the car is in fantastic condition. Would definitely recommend.
M.I made an appointment for a Smart Service for my car for this week and Danny was in touch quickly to confirm. Danny was professional, timely and explained everything to me and he even showed me the parts they swapped out as the front brakes and an air filter had needed replacing. They recommended things I need to watch out for and had me check my service records to make sure we are on top of (but not overdoing items unnecessarily) everything. I've had some bad experiences with other large brand service garages in the past and I was apprehensive about my latest service. I'd read the reviews for Midas Quay Street and I can tell you that Danny has restored my faith in mechanics. They also sanitized my car professionally as we are still at Level 3. I was truly impressed. Thanks Danny, see you next time! :-)
S.Came across Dan and Team after having a breakdown and it was closer to tow it there than my usual mechanic. Glad I did. I've seen them twice and I'm genuinely impressed; with each time being a friendly, fast and professional experience. Really fair and reasonable cost . Dan even waited after closing for me to pick up my vehicle. I will be returning to Midas Quay St for all future servicing and would recommend to others. Thanks!

E.Absolutely fantastic service. The mechanic looked over my car quickly but thoroughly, so I heard back about the damage on the same day. When I decided the damage was too extensive and decided to scrap my car, he helped me remove my aftermarket stereo and other bits and pieces for free. He also rounded his service time down to the nearest half hour rather than up to the nearest hour because he knew I was a student. For the busiest mechanic in the CBD, they did an amazing job, and I’ll be more than likely to go back there in future.

M.Took my Lexus in for battery replacement and diagnosis and reset! Dan (owner) was extremely efficient. Got the job done accurately. I was expecting a huge bill being Lexus but was extremely surprised to get a bill that was reasonably priced. I have now moved my 2 vehicles over to him. Just honest, reliable and fantastic service. They know what they are doing!

S.These guys are exceptional. I have never received such a high level of service. They went out of their way to deliver. As soon as I walked it, they knew which car was mine - what if needed and had it all sorted in a manner of minutes. My tyres had failed a WOF elsewhere, so once they had replaced them - they took my car to the VTNZ so it wouldn’t cost anymore ( as that’s where I had it checked and failed) and had it rechecked and warranted for me.
Once I came back to get my car - having all been done in a matter of hours - again, fast and great service - and they told me they’d warranted it to - I was speechless. Just exceptional. Thanks so much

A.Went here for a quick basic service dropped in without an appointment they were busy but were able to accommodate me within an hour fantastic service. Price was good and resonance compared to other workshops around the area. The manager I can’t remember his name was friendly and advised me on future notes not pushy at all will definitely be back

M.Dan at Midas Quay St has been my mechanic of choice for around 10 yrs now. Always providing great service, tidy, and with the best interest for the client at heart.
Bonus, they always make sure to put paper covers on floor and seats to keep your vehicle clean when they get in and out.

I.The manager, Danny, was so kind, friendly and really helpful. They even didn’t charge us for helping changing our tail break light.
N.Went in yesterday with a failed WoF for a fairly minor problem. Managed to get it fixed here for $95 compared to another mechanics who wanted $150. They replaced the part and even completed the WoF for me. Excellent service, would definitely come back

I bought a used car in Papatoetoe, but there were some shortcomings that the Midas boss immediately recognized and eliminated as quickly as possible as cheaply as possible. Good work is done there even under time pressure and you get the impression that you are doing everything for a satisfied customer. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Ich habe mir in Papatoetoe ein gebrauchtes Auto gekauft, woran allerdings einige Mängel bestanden, die der Chef von Midas sofort erkannte und so schnell wie möglich so kostengünstig wie möglich beseitigte. Auch unter Zeitdruck wird dort gute Arbeit geleistet und man hat den Eindruck, dass man alles für den zufriedenen Kunden tut. Ich kann diese Firma uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
