Outstanding customer service, Eric is a huge asset to Midas, every time we used them he went over and above for us, including driving to our house to deliver the courtesy car. Totally recommend these guys.

Excellent experience - highly recommended for a friendly and professional service.

I have been getting my car WOF and service done directly at my car dealership. After paying extreme amount of money, in thousand dollars to get WOF and yearly service, I finally went to Midas. Midas was quick, efficient, friendly and very helpful and not to mention very reasonably priced. Their prices were honest and affordable. They exceeded my expectations. I hope Midas Wairau continue this service.

Had all my three cars serviced here for majority of the time since 2012. Felt like been treated like vip every time I went in. Always receive the best service advice and reasonable pricing. Japs or European, petrol or diesel, not a problem for those guys. Would highly recommend.

Great prompt service in an urgent situation. These guys are fantastic and got the job done in the time and cost estimated. They provided a courtesy car for the time it took without hesitation. Highly recommend and will def use again.

I’ve taken my car to Midas, Glenfield for many years now and always get fantastic service from John and the workshop staff. Nothing is ever done without being consulted first and given a costing to be approved. Honest and reliable workmanship. Very highly recommend them to look after your vehicle!

Midas staff is very proffesional mechanic .Erick is great,very good in communication ,explained me well the problem in my car and give you a quote before they will take further actions.I haven't experienced from the previous mechanic that looks after my car for years like what Midas did .My car runs smoothly different from used to be.I am very satisfied of their great efficient service and also letting me lend their spare car to use for work while my car is at the shop.Highly recommended for someone looking for a great professional mechanic.Thank you Midas staff.

I found the mechanics at Midas Wairau Rd To be very professional They know how to find out the problem very quickly. Then explain to you what is wrong and the cost before going any further until you give the ok. They are welcoming and friendly guys. Great job

The staff at MIDAS are friendly and professional. They are very thorough and I know the car has been checked from top to bottom during the warrant check. I would never go anywhere else.

Got there with my 1987 Mercedes 300E. John was very helpful and managed to fix my broken shock absorbers within 1 day. Prices are good, the quotes are very transparent and the communication is great. Thank you!

Very friendly staff and accomodating with bookings. Though their wait room could be updated but I have never had a bad service on my vehicle here therefore I can deal with a run down wait room
