Absolutely amazing service! Sharm and the team are super helpful and friendly. Was able to book in for a service and general maintenance very quickly. Good prices too given the high quality and detail of work that they do. 100% will be coming back when I need my car to be inspected/repairs done

Best mechanics I dealt with in Auckland. They wouldn't reach deep into your pocket and do unnecessary repairs. Very good price for quality of work and service.

Super impressed with the service I received today at Midas Grafton. I booked online late last week which was very easy and they were able to schedule me in for Monday. I used the key hole to drop off my keys in the morning which meant I was able to drop my car off before opening hours which was really convenient. Only a few hours later I got a text saying my car was ready. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service of the staff member I dealt with. I felt the price was very reasonable and transparent, no hidden costs or upcharges. I will definitely come back here for any mechanical issues.

Had a problem with our car for ages that several mechanics and a few car head friends were completely lost on. We took it to these guys and they figured it out in almost no time, got it fixed quickly, and it runs perfectly again! Super impressed with these guys and 100% would recommend them.

For a man who doesn’t really about car stuff, I have to say that Sharm and his team was really patient to me, explain all of my questions in detail, giving me the best suggestions of my car, I’ve done a full service with them, was a really decent job and service done, highly recommend! There are always a space for you!

These guys are AMAZING! I do not use that word lightly. If your European car develops a difficult problem, and you are looking for a workshop where the people are not only "technically good", but honest and kind and willing to help you more than you ever expected, you will find it all at Midas Grafton.

Thank you for helping out when we had a flat tyre while at Auckland hospital. Great friendly service and so helpful, not only fixed the puncture but removed and fitted tyre for us. Very grateful 😊

Had rear brakes and rotors replaced and windscreen washer repaired, after going back on the quote Sharm spent more time matching another quote I had got. They had a struggle to repair the windscreen washer due to location and access and took photos of what they had to do more than justifying extra time spent sorting it. All in all a good experience, recommended for a fair pricing and decent honest work. Thanks guys.

Sharm and his team do a great job and not knowing much about cars he's great at explaining and not overpricing and is good at giving better deals than other places.

I took my BMW to Midas Grafton after shopping around with many nearby workshops and got the best service. The team was really polite and were able to explain me whats wrong with the car and recommended the solution. Out of all the price charged was cheaper than the quotations I was given from other places. I was offered their courtesy car to drive on during the day which was a plus plus for me as I could do my daily job without a worry. Definitely recommend for everyone and will take my partners car too.

I had some mechanical issues with my car, and during the lockdown my car was left at work because I couldn't drive it home or organise a mechanic. So on the first day of level 3 I contacted Midas and told them about the issue and booked in for that morning, but when my car wouldn't start I called them. Within 15 minutes two of the workers came to my work, got my car started and drove the car to their shop. The did not charge me for this and I was blown away by their kindness. Not only that, they spoke to the car dealership on my behalf to pay for the repairs (as my car is recently purchased), they were communicative and sent me email updates throughout the day. They also did not try to upsell me on a service when I called them to enquire which type I should get. I have always thought mechanics to be a little vicious toward people who do not know much about cars and I am always fearful of being scammed. I was certainly wrong about that and definitely chose the right mechanic. These guys went above and beyond for me to get my car back on road as quickly as possible. I will be a customer at Midas for the rest of my life. I can't thank these guys enough.

I have taken my 1998 BMW Z3 Roadster for annual service, brake, suspension and WOF and 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer for annual service and WOF and Chevy MW for repairs to suspension and WOF. You can see I keep going back as I like what they do and the prices they do it at :-)

I have been sending my car to Grafton Midas for the past 1.5 years since I bought my car. I was searching on google maps for a good auto workshop near to my office and I found them, they look after my car so well since then and never a day I thought of sending it to anywhere else for service or repair. Sharm is professional, very accommodating to get my car fixed/serviced quickly as he knows i need my car for business use, very attentive to details as a result I never have to return for a second trip few days later to fix a problem. Highly recommended.

I got toyota mark x. I had recently done full service from toyota and they mentioned few things like engine oil leaking, water pump damaged, coolant system has issue and VVTI pipe is leaking(should be replaced with new one and all repairs cost $2200).I was really shocked when they mentioned this things to me because I check my engine every week and I found none of this issue before so I decided to bring my car to midas. I found they are most honest and reliable mechanic around Auckland. I told issues to them and digoinsed my car and found nothing is wrong. Changed few of the parts like radiator cap and tight VVTI pipe and everything is fine. Really appreciate for your good service.

Sharm is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled automotive mechanic. He takes the time to thoroughly assess the car and ensures the right things are done. He is upfront about what the issues are, the costs involved and the time it will take to fix. The team is very flexible, friendly and efficient.I have now shifted both my cars to this team for regular maintenance and service. Keep up the good work!

I have had mediocre experiences at other midas garages in the past but this one was excellent. Really friendly. Nice and professional. Would recommend. Very fair with pricing and labour costs

Very happy with the service. Normally i do my research before going to service of my car. the mechanics try to rip off your hard earned money. They scare you with the things that will happen to your car while you drive and bring all these unwanted faults in your car so they charge you high bill and don't realise how hard people work to save money and even after that the car is left with many faults. I read reviews about Midas so decided to take my car to thier shop in Grafton. I bought the parts myself (rare brake shoe) and requested them if they can change it and they charged me very reasonable price for their labour charge. Turned out the part was wrong size. Sharm himself went to the shop and got the correct part and they did awesome service replacing my car brakes. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

First time using Grafton Midas this week and am super happy with these guys. We had two vans needing to be looked at and they did a really great job. Sharm was a good guy keeping the place open while he finished inspecting the car for it's WOF. Really cool professional guys here.

5 Star service from the team at Grafton branch. Had my brakepads done, was communicated with promptly. Pricing was fair and they even went the extra mile to check i was happy with the quote. Midas New Market, not only give affordable prices but the service is "amazing"!! I've been to many mechanics, but Midas New Market is the best I've ever been to and which is why I've stuck too them since 2018.

Got an oil and filter change done here recently. Dropped off before work and picked up at lunchtime :) Hassle free, friendly owner and price was reasonable too. Convenient location if you work in Grafton!

we have had a prebuy check of the campervan we wanted to buy. the garage had the best price we got that day and they did a very accurate job. they told and showed us all the things which where good and which where not so good. highly recommended for every backpacker!

Top Guy and Great Mechanic. Sorted out an issue with poor workmanship from another mechanic and negotiated a fair deal for me from a bad situation. Will use him and recommend him for quality mechanical work from here on.
