B.I would highly recommend the team at Midas Mt Eden they are friendly/knowledgeable and professional. I recently had my car serviced and they did a great job offering a full report and letting me know what needed to be done immediately and what could wait for a few months this gives me piece of mind and was very helpful to plan for future costs. They do a thorough job and are fast give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!!
T.Had an issue with the drive train in my Toyota Crown Hybrid, The team at Mt Eden Midas had it sorted in no time. Diagnosing that it was an issue with 2 of the wheels, in depth analysis of the issue and fast and friendly service made this a pleasant experience. Thanks again team
C.I had an issue with my car last week. I got a contact with Brittney and she told me to bring the car in that morning even though they were really busy. They made their assessment and gave me really bad news. Basically it's time to go to the scrappers. However, the team at Midas are so decent and honest, that it actually kind of made it OK. I would highly recommend them and when I get a new car, I'll still be going back to these guys. They're really great !!

I was having an issue with my car battery and needed to get it charged from a power source.
I messaged Midas Mount Eden and asked them how much it would cost. They told me it's a simple job that wouldn't be any trouble. They offered to do it for free.
Certainly wasn't expecting that response. It shows they aren't all about the money and are genuinely here to help their customers.
M.I do recommend Midas Mount Eden for the fantastic service they provide. Absolutely every time I needed to check my car (considering my tight schedule), they made it possible, no exception. One weekend day, they worked overtime just to finish the work they have started. Today, once again, they accommodated my request and everyting worked better than I expected, as always. J.I experienced exceptional customer service here. Called several places before Midas. All offered advice but none others offered to actually help me out of my situation. The customer service I experienced on the phone & in person meant I stopped looking for a competitive price as this is something I hold in higher regard.
W.This has been our regular mechanic for a couple of years. The staff are very polite and efficient. I don't feel like I'm getting screwed so they're very trustworthy. The prices are competitive so I intend to continue to use their services. No issues with any of the services they've provided to date.

J.I rang these people out of the blue re an issue raised on an AA inspection report on a Mazda I am lkg at buying. The guy explained exactly what it meant, said it was nothing that required immediate attention, but that if I wanted it done he would do it for me. Grateful for a helpful and unbiased opinion, wasn't trying to talk me into unecessary expense, I might just get my next service/WOF done by these guys, impressed.

M.Took my VW Golf in for a WOF this week and found Midas to be very helpful. My car failed on a couple minor issues which the mechanic there showed me while my vehicle was on the hoist and explained why it was a potential safety hazard which was very helpful and being a women put my mind to rest that I wasn't being taken for a ride since I could actually physically see the defects. They then gave me a quote and I then left to pick my children up from school. I rung around a few local workshops for price comparison and I found Midas to be very competitive and the added bonus of everything being guaranteed. I returned my car the following day for the repairs to be done, the car was ready within the time we agreed on for the afternoon school run, came in under the price they had quoted and also when I turned up my car was looking very swish with shined tyres and pleased to see they used seat covers and floor mats. Overall a good experience and I will most definitely be back for when my Golf is due a service.

d.We had vtnz do a warrant and our car failed and they said it needed a new steering column so we took it to Midas in mt Eden and they said it’s highly unlikely it needs a new steering column - they quoted us a price to fix the problem and the final price was far less than they quoted - so we ended up paying a few hundred dollars instead if we had done what vtnz said needed doing would have being a few thousand
Midas mt Eden were honest and knowledgeable so I highly recommend them

A.(Translated) We went for a change of oil, air filter and oil, and general control of the car. They checked the air in the covers and gave us a printed diagnosis of everything they did and should be done to the car. They attended us on the spot, without a shift, and in an hour I was ready.
