A.Thanks to Dan for swiftly sorting my car out. Wing mirror was broken and he immediately sourced replacement internal components, and fixed it first thing on my day off. No issues, super swift and bloody brilliant service! Hopefully I won't need to come back but if something goes awry, I'm definitely heading back here - excellent, friendly service and down to earth. P.I called in on the off chance as my car socket had blown a fuse and I needed to plug in my GPS for a long journey. The owner/manager was friendly, helpful and efficient. He changed the blown fuse checked the electrics for possible faults and qave me good advice and then definitely under charged me! The whole process was totally positive. Well done Milford Auto Electrical and thank you very much.
S.My Lexus LS had an electrical-Air Conditioner issue that two other mechanics couldn't fix. Got referred to Milford Auto Electrical by the Lexus dealer and they have diagnosed the issue, pinpointed it to the AC control module and successfully fixed it!! I am extremely impressed with the technical capability of the team at Milford Auto Electrical.
T.We have a good working relationship with Steve, Phil, Dan and the team, they keep to their quotes, they are very clever at what they do, they provide us with good accurate time frames to aid us planning our work output, great communication and workmanship overall.

K.Good service. Didn't mind the amount of gas used or the time frame (6 days) of holding as they could not find anything wrong with car which is great! However maybe more care could be taken as I have found water damage and bubbling on leather under drivers window from windows being left down and oil stains on drivers footwell mats which will not come out with regular cleaning. Disheartening as it's only small negligence that I personally noted due to being very clean myself. Otherwise pleasant family business who know what they are doing
