I had the headlights refreshed, scratches removed and the air-conditioning serviced and I feel like I'm driving a new car! The staff here are very professional and the entire experience was a breeze. Highly recommend this place if you need work done on your car.

My car was booked in for a minor panel beating repair to the back bumper after being clipped by a driver pulling out of a parking space directly behind my vehicle. The entire process of booking in my car with Mt Roskill Collision Centre to picking it up on completion was extremely quick and easy. Dealing with Lucia on reception was also a pleasure. The repair was conducted quickly and efficiently and two days later I was back on the road. I am needless to say very happy with the repair and would have no hesitation in recommending Mt Roskill Collision Centre. Fingers crossed however, that I have no need to have to use them again!

Each time I use this place I come away impressed. This time a repair of a small piece of bumper trim that had come away. No charge! But it is also that every repair over years has been customer focused and highly professional. Not often you can say, just go there but that is my advice.

Everything about my experience with these guys was 5 Star. Lucia at reception knew my name as I walked into the office for the first time after booking an assessment, The assessment was done immediately on my arrival, and an estimate sent to me within 2 hours. They organised a loan car for me (The Lamborghini), and the repairs and paintwork done on the car by Renald and the team were sensational (and done far quicker than I anticipated). I came to them with the task of repairing several problem arrears on my vehicle which is my pride and joy v8 work ute. I had been massively let down with workmanship by a first repairer and these guys took on the task and excelled. I was completely stressed about my car and the crew at Mt Roskill Collision centre helped me with my stress in general. They have amazing overall service with a good crew of people that were generous and genuinely easy going. They are also very easy to contact and quite prompt for requests. On a side note, the crew also cleaned the inside and outside of my car after they fixed it. So it’s definitely worth going to! Absolutely great service! Couldn't recommend these awesome panel beaters enough - dropped car off at 4.30pm Monday, picked it up before lunch time Wednesday , and the cherry on the top was the entire interior of my car was tidied, vacuumed and polished! ...and those who have a toddler AND a dog know how awesome that is! They offered a great deal, including how I could save some money, so they weren't trying to rip a hole in my wallet, and helped me swap the car seat over. Would definitely recommend :)

Easy fix for me. I approached Mt Roskill Collision Centre on a walk in basis as the front rear of my car had some alignment off . The person came immediately and managed to fix this back in place with no hassle. I did not ask for the staff member's name but i really appreciate his time so thanks again :).

Brilliant quality repairs, results and completed in three days, sooner than I expected. And my vehicle came back looking like new, I didn't want to drive it. Wow. Haha. The staff went their extra mile beyond my expectations - literally vacuumed the entire interior of my vehicle thoroughly, a good car wash, and even buffed-out one of the left 'hazy-looking' headlight to look new again. Outstanding services. I applaud to their excellent skills. The best part is, Hussain (Manager) explained clearly about the REAR BUMPER repairs, which isn't included in my insurance claim due to a 'nudge and run' scenario. He gave me the best options and cost effective. This secondary repair came out looking like new as well. Sharon, of customer service was brilliant in keeping me well informed. Only thing I was disappointed, was 'STATE Insurance' - they didn't bother to cover the cost for my loan vehicle. We have been going to Mt Roskill Collision for many years now - the last time about 3 years ago. Went back yesterday with annoying rattles that we had been putting up with for a long time in the back door of our 4wd I only expected to have the wagon booked in for a future date. Instead, I was offered a coffee and before I knew it, the car was fixed - the rattles gone, door adjusted and missing clips replaced. How much? No charge. The service we have received guarantees that Mt Roskill Collision will continue to get our future work, even though we are now living further away

Excellent result and easy to deal with. Repair came back perfect (whole side of car had been damaged). They went above and beyond when we noticed damage not picked up during the original insurance claim – the insurer rejected it but they got it fixed anyway. Highly recommended.

Great job by the team here repairing a Nissan 350z. Made the annoying hassle of getting the car fixed after it was crashed into so much easier. Helped sort everything with FMG Insurance (who did a great job too) didn't need to sort a loan car while it was being fixed as Mt Roskill Collision Centre were able to help out there. Car was fixed and ready to go when they said it would be. The repair job was superb and colour match perfect but it was a little details which got them the 5 stars. Things like even blackening up the tires again and the car being returned cleaner than when they received it. Would recommend and use again (but hopefully not have to)

I am a courier in Auckland and visit heaps of panel beaters and repairers on a daily basis. I can kind of imagine how most operate and what their service would be like. Just recently my 2011 ford transit took a nasty frontal hit and i needed to be back on the road as quick as possible. As i am time orientated which is typical of my profession, i knew from before these guys are straight to the point and under promise and over deliver. I chose Mt Roskill collision and the experience was just amazing. First meeting all explained and photos taken of damage in less than 10mins......follow up with phone calls from them 10/10...left van on a Monday...got a courtesy Van...was promised will be done by friday....got to pick van up Wednesday morning with excellent panel work all done 100%... Again pickup process was 10 mins apprx. what else can i ask for..exceeded my expectations. These guys are really nice, down to earth friendly attitude, but fully equipped with the latest tech and best knowledge and know how of what they doing.
