The service was excellent. Even though a courtesy car wasn't available they gave a complimentary Uber. Good communication from the Workshop about extra parts needed, and the car looked immaculate when finished. Thank you so much!

It was great experience. Ms Chen was friendly, patient, poliet and very friendly to assist us during our struggle with our insurance. Has given us very practical advices and assistance that was very helpful. Even though the time is difficult for us but once it gets sorted, would consider this place again definitely and highly recommend to see them for genuine Ford servicing!
I have been taking my Ford Ranger here since new, they do all my services, WOF's and bonus is they do the latest Ford computer updates. This upgrades the GPS etc. It is a clean, professional workshop with a welcoming waiting area. I have had a few issues (which happens in business) and when I raised them they were dealt with professionally and above my expectations by the manager Paul. Paul gets 5* himself for customer service :-)

The team at North Harbour Ford Service did an outstanding job. They promptly identified and sorted a battery issue with our car.
We were able to book the car in at a time suitable for us. They txt when ready so we could collect at a suitable time. The whole team treated us almost like family. We weren't just another customer.
Update: Was contacted by customer service following this review and was advised of the continuous improvement program. Was told at that time that the part had arrived and booked an appointment. Dropped the car at the early morning and was contacted within about an hour to say car was ready which was very surprising. Arrived to the counter and a gentleman (cant remember his name) mentioned that they will order the part and they will contact me at a later point of time once the part has arrived. Confused as I was, tried to say that the car was left to put the new part ... the office lady arrived a few minutes later to the rescue where she checked (the same papers the guy was looking at) and advised that the part was fitted and ready to go.

Where to start? Tried getting my ranger sensor replaced as it has a chip which now fails, got charged for diagnosis even though I have specified what is needed(clear visual damage on sensor that was brought up in service) and was never mentioned that it would be charged even at drop off.
The name captured was not my name, but the person who booked the service on my behalf and even though I mentioned it and it was "corrected" still comms being addressed to that name.
Been a few days and still waiting for contact, no update whatsoever. Not sure if I made a mistake buying a Ford - the vehicle is great, but the service is awful to say the least and the communications is even worse.
We have 3 Fords in our family and our cars do not go anywhere for their services or any other services but North Harbour Ford. Their waiting area and workshop is spotless, their staff are amazing and always go out of their way to assist and I would think that Paul (Service Manager) is the glue that holds this fantastic establishment together. He loves cars and people and it shows in how they treat customers and their cars. If I could have chosen more stars, I definitely would have. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Have changed my review. After dealing with Nick from parts department my experience has been alot better. Hes a great guy and knows his job well. Clear and easy communication! Definitely go see him for parts etc. Cheers Nick
Wow took our car in for it's 3 year 60,000km service last Thursday expecting it to be the usual amount however got the shock of my life when we were charged $882.00. We must be paying for their flash service centre which is nice but really not gold plated nice. The staff are friendly & having a loan vehicle is good but we won't be going back at that price. I have said also about our transmission on a number of occasions but get told that it is fine according to the onboard computer, yet to us it isn't as it should be & is jerky. I sometimes wish we hadn't bought it.
Took my 2014 Co car here for its scheduled service. This team is a thoroughly well rehearsed and highly efficient crew that are highly service focused. From the time I booked the service on line through to taking my car in, getting a loan car, and duly collecting mine - they were nothing short of excellent. Communication throughout was also spot on. Car came back sparkly clean too!

Very impressive clean environment, I recommend the parts lady serve me very well, I forget to have the to promote her good work, she doing well what I want to see the axact part of my Ford Territory bolt joints, suspension joint, she look and she went for a few minute she came back, with printed paper on parts highlighted, that I would like to matching it, she did a great service to me, thank you keep up the lovely work, I do recommend the company by her good work ethic awesome.
Serviced my car here earlier in the month. The team did a great job. The staff are friendly and when I misplaced my wallet the team found it and secured it for me... ill be definitely going back.

Service cost higher than other branches($1100 for 2nd yr service and $900 for front brake pads for Ford Transit), basic info e.g. time wasn't set up after system upgrade, wheel nuts accessories package missing after use.. and etc...
I have had an excellent experience here. The staff couldn't be more helpful and Mohammed and Grant especially. I came here after unsatisfactory service from Grey Lynn ford service and I recommend this service centre for your ford service. Thanks to the whole team here.
Awesomeness had my sump plug, good polite fast service and since my plug on the car was stuck, they put it on the hoist and unstuck for me, no charge, so very grateful, will be back!!!

They provided quotes for the extra work that needed doing so I can choose when to get it done which is great for the budget.
I didn’t want to change the stars but booking via the chat bot is a real pain and took days to get an appointment. I suggest calling directly.
