P.An awesome experience - 5 Star! Due to a manufacturing fault a side window in our car exploded in the Summer heat a week before we were to go on holiday. As it was Christmas Holidays we needed to wait till they re-opened. The part was no problem, but finding a time before we went away was challenging. But Trish at Novus Penrose went above and beyond and found a gap for us. Excellent customer service, totally professional and they did a great job. Thanks guys - keep up the good work :)
M.After a very quick response from Tower Insurance, an appointment was booked to look at a chip on our windscreen. Novus made it super easy. They came to us. Technician kept me updated during the morning to say when he'd be here. All done within 30 minutes.

T.Great team, great service, sorted my insurance for me so I didn’t have to do a thing, just dropped my car off, picked it up within the hour for a chip repair. There was still a slight visible hairline which I was warned about, so no surprises. Very happy.
M.Wow these people are amazing!!!! From Peter who came out at night to plastic wrap my car window so rain wouldn't get it to the amazing Samantha who is very organized and kid to speak to. Not very nice having a smashed window but these people have definite gone above and beyond to make the repair easy. Great team of people here 🙂

The only issue was that the back wiper was installed incorrectly but once I reached out she got me in again straight away to have that fixed immediately. A.Great place to repair your auto glass, they repaired the triangle shaped glass in around 20min which is very fast. They booked me in the next day I called them as well.
Insurance and Novus have integrated system with the insurance so they already knew that I'm covered by the insurance, very convenient.
d.Rang Novus and was put through to the Penrose branch, asked for a quote on a windscreen replacement and was given the cheapest quote out of both Smith and Smith and AA Glass. I proceeded to go with Novus when I was told to bring my car in today as we have a technician ready to install the windscreen.. Bought it in at lunchtime and it was all done by 3pm... now that is proper service, so glad I made the call. Thank you very much Novus Penrose.

G.Called them in the morning about a windshield replacement for a Mazda axela. Got an appointment for 1pm that same Friday. Dropped the car off. Very friendly reception, knew exactly which appointment it was. An hour later was called and it was done. Very happy with the experience. The whole thing cost quite a bit more than I was expecting but because I didn't want to wait around for insurance to faf around I'd say it was well worth it! They quoted the price before we booked the appointment

When I dropped off my car there smashed glass everywhere in the back as it had got broken into, and didn't have time to clean it. They repaired my window excellently and cleaned up ALL the glass! Do they said 'We are open till 5pm so if want come we can do today!' what? It is not a matter of whether or not there is a product.
Novus Penrose try to help customer it is the most important part for customers. and they pound part for my van and fix that day!

R.Novus did a great job replacing my windscreen, however, the man who did the job wiped down the outside areas surrounding my windscreen with paper towels, which left fine abrasions everywhere. It looked like 1500 grit sandpaper was used on my upper bonnet and and roof areas. The guy also had dirty hands and left finger marks all over my interior windscreen pillars which very was annoying. Novus did apologise for the damage though and got it fixed, which I was happy about. Unfortunately, this review is two stars short, due to the inconvenience I was caused.
m.Great experience, took my car in to get the back window looked at as it was broken and they had the Peace I needed in stock and did the job in a couple of hours.
O.They did a good job on a glass but a little bit more care could be taken with cleanup. Found heaps of residue inside and outside the car. Fingerprints all over mirrors, that kind of thing. Overall still impressed though, thanks guys.
