J.Amazing team here at NOVUS.
Smith&Smith gave me the absolute run around. For two months I was without two of my cars’ windows, and then Smith&Smith said via text they were cancelling me.
NOVUS had me sorted in 4 days from calling to installing.

T.Service was good, staff were very friendly and they got my windscreen repaired on time. Also took care of all my insurance for me so I literally just dropped the car off and picked it up in an hour. Good stuff. The repair did still leave a small mark on the windscreen but I was forewarned about this, so no surprise.

D.My rear windscreen broke due to the weather/frosts and a defect in the glass. My insurance company put me in contact with the Penrose office first and then we switched to Manukau because it was closer.
Right off the bat, I noticed how nice and friendly the lady was on the phone at Penrose. When I spoke to Manukau I got the same awesome and friendly service.
The repair was done in less than a week including ordering the glass in. The repair man that came to install the glass had the same friendly and professional manner.
This company must have a really good culture as everyone is well above the normal level of customer service that you get from anywhere.

S.This is my first experience with them. They were really good on every aspect. My car required calibration while replacing for the new windscreen. Within 2 hours job was done perfectly.

A.I prefer these guys over the other lot, great service. This time around though I had black hand prints all over the inside fabric trim of both A-pillars, and all over the paintwork around the windscreen etc.

Just a couple of issues with installation, could still here broken glass in the drivers door every time I closed it & also forgot to connect the speaker wires back up 🤦♂️
Also the rear door panel was not in position properly after installing the small triangle glass. You get what you pay for i suppose 😂

L.1 hour into our drive down South a stone had chipped our windscreen. Decision was made to head back to Manukau and find a windscreen/chip repairer.
