Took my car to them for a Alternator replacement and within 2 hours the car was ready to collect that same day, fast friendly and good quality work from a great bunch of guys I would highly recommend Parnell Motors for your next Automotive repairs if you are in the area.

Had my car serviced, wof'ed and a DSG service last week, the guys were great, professional and the price was fair and reasonable. My car is purring, thanks heaps.

Arrived Friday evening with a problem with my car battery as the lads were shutting up shop for the weekend. They fitted a new battery and also took the time to check some other parts of the car, like tyre pressure, etc. There was also a random beeping coming from inside the car and one of the mechanics took a look at it, but it wasn't apparent where the noise was coming from. Rather than giving up, he went the extra mile and checked a few other parts and found the solution. He really showed passion and determination, all whilst maintaining friendly conversation! Really genuine guys and very knowledgeable, going out of their way to help me out, would highly recommend! ***** :-D

This was my first visit to Parnell Motors and I am impressed with the professionalism and the work they did. I usually take my car to the dealer for a service and get charged exorbitant rates, but these guys did the same service (actually better) for half the price! I will be getting my car service from Parnell Motors from now on!

I was experiencing issues with my 2007 BMW X3, a red tyre pressure light would not come off my dash and when I was taking off at lights or a roundabout, my yellow 4WD drive light would flick on and my car would either momentarily stall and kick off again or would vibrate and bunny hop around a certain speed. I took my car into Parnell Motors to get them to take a look as I had brought this car off a private buyer a couple months ago. They were amazing and the process was seamless. They were very good at giving me updates and not progressing on the car without my permission. They checked all the repairs that were done to the car with the previous owner to check that these weren't causing the issue - they then checked my wheels and noticed that they looked slightly different either in size and/or tread. Their recommendation was to get 4 x new tyres put on the car as the front two had been worn differently and the two back were same size tyres but different brand so there was noticeable differences once the wheels were off the car (one was taller). They secured my new tyres at a great rate and were very lenient on payment options. I will definitely be taking my car back with future issues and encourage everyone to consider Parnell Motors as they are a very honest, skilled business. 10/10 Thank you guys!
