So pleased Ive found Jack and the Parnell Village Workshop. He has a rare enthusiasm and passion for classic 4WD's. They are the full package, extremely knowledgeable, excellent customer service, prompt and very good value. I take all our vehicles there now, even though it is not our closest option, it is always well worth the trip. Would highly recommend.

Jack and his team went above and beyond replacing my flogged exhaust with an aftermarket unit on my 80 Series - even though nothing on the kit fit properly! With no questions asked they went ahead and remounted the entire system, now it sounds and drives great (thanks to the lift kit they installed as well). Awesome crew to chat to, they definitely know their stuff.

I've been going to Parnell Village workshop for years and the service is always fast and helpful. Kept my car going mint and hassle free every time, and always offers great advice too. Thanks team

Incredible service every time. I‘m a Parnell local so it’s super close to home - but I would absolutely drive any distance to get there - for all car repairs, WOF & servicing - these guys are great! If it’s an emergency fix, they’ll be there as soon as they can. If it’s a tow-truck that’s needed, new tyres, parts need to be ordered through to a full service or WOF, Jack & his team are always happy to help. They make bookings easy, stress-free, offer quick turnarounds - they’re great to deal with, I know my car will be safe to drive, they’re professional and always reliable. Highly recommend. Happy customer!!

This workshop is amazing. I have had Jack and the team work on two of my cars, most recently a Toyota Prius.They do excellent work, on time and are priced really well. They are also really nice and kind people to deal with and have a real interest and care in their approach to you as a customer and your car. Highly recommended !

My Family and I have been coming to Jack's workshop for several years now. The service is top notch. Great communication. The guys always get the diagnosis right and do an excellent job. I've been to many mechanics over the years and Jack's team is easily the best. 10/10 recommend.

You know you've made an excellent choice of mechanic when classic and American car owners bring their vehicles in. I've never seen so many older cars serviced than at this workshop. They're in an excellent spot and very handy to bus stops. You can drop your car off for servicing and hop on a bus to work if you're employed nearby, or live in one of the neighbouring suburbs. They went above and beyond for my vehicle, even blackened my tyres and removed the adhesive from where my spoiler used to be. They take great pride in their work too.

Highly recommend Jack and his friendly knowledgeable team. Have used their services for multiple vehicles including my pride & joy which is always looked after so well. Recommended to all, excellent service A+++

Great group of guys! Took my 1986 landcruiser in for a bearing overhaul! Did a great job in time for the weekend! Truck drives 100% better now! Well worth the visit

I should give 5 stars for their exceptional customer service. I went their with my Mini Cooper for a quick fix of the fog lamps and they helped me with no hesitation, were 3 other workshops said straight NO to me. The guy asked me to sit in the reception or go for a walk. With in 20min I got the call and I'm really happy with the service. No ripping charges. I will definitely recommend this workshop and will definitely go their next time.

Jack is a genuine/reliable mechanic, have been taking my cars there for years and he always sorts them out to a very high standard. If you want ur car fixed and serviced right go see him he’s the man.

Highly recommended. Quick service as a walk-in client for front brakes and the car was ready for pick up in a few hours. They also did my WOF recheck at vtnz included in their service. Reasonably priced too!

Very very happy with these guys. I took in my car for an oil and oil filter change and I also explained to them several other issues with the car. They took it in diagnosed it and called me beforehand to explain what's happened, what needs to be fixed and how much it was going to cost. All that in detail. The car now runs a lot better than before, much more responsive. Thank you again.

Had an electric light truck stuck on a steep driveway, Jack’s beast of a truck towed me out and refused for any payment AND he was on his way home too. Only a GC could do such thing. Will defs check out the workshop some time and defs recommend the customer service.

I've been here twice to get a WOF. I read all the reviews before making the decision to bite the bullet and get a WOF from somewhere slightly higher than the average. My WOF was $67, but I decided it was worth the price, as they are very proffessional, I trusted them to identify any problems, and they were very efficient. They also recommended me to the Gear Factory to fix my transmission. Really like the service and friendliness of the staff. Will be back again. Thanks

Great attention to detail, friendly and priced competitively
