Great motor mechanics took our mitisibish outlander there starter motor replacement, full service and WOF, key drop box to the left hand side as I had to get the car towed there's a little lounge waiting room with TV toilets and close to the motorway, friendly staff and very happy to use again.

Excellent service. Honest, friendly, well staffed and a clean office! Recently purchased an old BMW Z4 for the summer, was running smoothly for four months till it conked out. Just poor timing, no ones fault. Towed and dropped off here with, what I assume to be, computer issues and fixed within 48 hours ready to be picked up. Bill came to little over $300. Very impressed! I've used them ever since I got my first car which was ten years ago . They are honest and have reasonable pricing on services and parts. Even if it meant travelling back and forth between new plymouth/hamilton or wellington to Auckland I wouldn't hesitate taking a long trip back to have them check my car. Whenever there's a problem they've always managed to find the issue , I've been to other mechanics in other parts in Auckland which failed to find the fault and just charge $80 for a diagnose fee. They explain things very well and show you the part that's broken. I would not hesitate in coming here. They really treat their customers well. Thanks for your professional service over the years. I have been going to these guys off and on over the years. I'd moved out of their area and regretted going to different mechanics who don't do their job properly, e.g diagnoses is wrong which ended up costing more in the long run. I will now drive the distance to see these guys because I trust them. All you females out there worried about dodgy mechanics... you will love these guys. Friendly and they will actually explain in female language what is wrong! :) They even gave me a courtesy car !
