A.Richard was awesome to deal with when I had my car serviced , everything was done in a very timely manner . Also on another occasion I realised I needed new windshield wipers on a rainy day before a long trip, Richard was able to sort some within a few hours! Will continue to keep taking my car here! 10/10

Not only did they do all the repairs and a great service they also redid my WOF so as to save me running around and even vacuumed my car. That car has not been cleaned in 4 years, I have a 6 year old, I cant imagine what possessed them to subject themselves to that torment, but wow.

E.Excellent Service! Kept me informed along the way for my Wof. Turned out my car needed a few things fixed and done to it and they were understandably busy and couldn't fit all the work in on one day. They made it very easy for me though, offered to do part of it on Thursday and then the rest on Friday because I couldn't go without my car and they understood that. I was very impressed with how my car was after they finished and the amazing service I received! I definitely recommend these guys!! See you at my next Wof! :)
C.I had just purchased a vehicle in Auckland (having traveled some distance) and started having mechanical issues the next day.
I called these guys to have a look at the situation.
I have never come across such obliging mechanics. Nothing was too much of a big deal. After a check the problem was thought to be fairly serious but then after further inspection they called to advise it was only very minor.
What mechanic is that honest? I didn't think this happened in our day and age. Honesty and transparency are still qualities that exist.
Could not have been happier in my dealings with Pitstop - Newmarket.

I am constantly impressed with the service, today turned up for my warrant of fitness, pouring with Rain when I arrived, they offered to drop me around the corner to work, not only that, a couple of hours later they dropped the car off to me… they were flat out, but still found the time for a little kindness and to go that extra mile for a regular customer.
On other occasions I have dropped in to have lights replaced, or noises checked, they are always helpful, friendly and do a great job.

They even offered to stay open till after 5 so i could grab my vehicle after work and kept my vehicle there all day from 7.30am. Really happy with the service, they seem very honest and open. Also the front of my car was even vacuumed for me. Definitely recommend.

Went for a Wof (got it) , also asked them to check battery as I had run out few days before without explanation, they checked and confirmed all was fine.
Will be back if any issue as they're definitely not pushing for extra-work.
R.My Toyota Corolla needed the clutch replaced and I called several workshops in the area to get a ballpark cost. Pitstop came back amongst the cheapest (half the cost of some others), but it was Richard's manner that ultimately gave me the confidence to pick them, as I wasn't specifically looking for the cheapest outfit.
The work was completed slightly under the estimated amount, and whilst there as a bit of delay with getting some parts sorted, I will happily return to Pit Stop New Market again in future. If only it was always this easy dealing with genuine people doing a great job.
A.As a young(ish!!) female with terrible car knowledge, I detest going to the mechanics, for all the obvious reasons, but Pit Stop Newmarket have restored my faith in decent, honest and reliable mechanics: I won't go anywhere else. True gents, who know what they're doing and explain as much, without treating you like the village idiot! Can't fault them.
