J.I needed to get my car fixed in a hurry before the holidays and Mike went out of his way to help me out - he was friendly, polite and really knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in the least condescending way possible. While I was in picking up my car a 92 year old customer dropped in Christmas cards for the team which I think says a lot. I would 100% recommend them - the first mechanics I’ve gone to where I didn’t feel like I needed my husband involved. Just really honest, straight up guys. 🙏
E.Fast and reliable they go through alot but they get the job done. I recommend customer bookings plans for respectable service. Oil and filter changes done less than 20min & done professionally. Price very good
S.I bought a second hand car from a dealer and the next day I can hear Strachey noise from the front brake, and the dealer is not be able to fix it straight away, I took my car to pitshop Westgate and they find a stone stuck in between and quickly fixed the problem without charge me. It’s a sliver lining during this pandemic and I am so grateful to have pitshop kindly help me out .Thank you so much.

E.I've only been once but they were fantastic, they saved my car from the wreckers. They sourced and replaced a rare part for less than half the estimate I got elsewhere ($450 instead of $1000+ which would have meant scrapping it). They stuck to their quote too despite me having to delay a few months. I'd looked everywhere for the part, couldn't even find a second hand one and they found one brand new in minutes. Extremely positive experience, thanks again guys.

C.Am very pleased to have found friendly, honest, obliging service at a brake work shop. They went above and beyond to make a customer happy. I had back brake shoes put on my Toyota Fielder wagon in Feb 2020 (did not cost as much as elsewhere would have) and they said come back in four weeks to get the high spots knocked off, which I did when Covid 19 Lockdown was lifted, in July 2020, which was done for free and they also tightened the handbrake. Thank you Pit Stop Westgate!
C.Great service. I needed the front brakes repaired on my car as it failed a WOF for brake imbalance. These guys fixed it quickly and with no fuss. Communication was great, they called me with a quote before starting the work, and they even took the car in for a recheck so it had a brand new WOF on it when I picked it up. Excellent, honest service.

j.Took them less than 15 mins to find and repair a pin hole exhaust leak on top of my exhaust. They secured a steering boot for me while they were in there and then didn't charge me either job. Highly recommended!

R.Thanks so much, I had my Audi A3 service due sign and tried many times to reset it, even drivesure staff could not do it. I called Pit shop Westgate, they asked me drop in during their working hours. I came in last Saturday, they used the car scanner to reset it in few minutes and no charge at all.

M.VERY HONEST! WOF failed due to rear axle imbalance. Was under the impression that the rear pads were worn out and should be replaced but they said it was still good to go. The only problem there was something loose and it was fixed. And had wof updated as well. I just checked the google reviews which shop to go to and no regrets. Highly recommended Mike and Team. L.I would highly reccommend Mike and his team at Pit Stop Westgate. He has done an awesome job of repairing our ute after it was stolen and had major damage to its steering. Big job done extremely well. We expected a huge cost given the work required but were pleasantly surprised. Thanks again guys for your work.

E.These guys went out of their way for me after VTNZ failed my car on a problem that turned out to be nonexistent. They were very gracious considering the part they had to order in for me ended up not being used. They even took my car back to VTNZ and got the warrant it should've left there with in the first place - amazing service, will definitely be coming back here in the future - thanks guys!
