First time i have been without a doubt happy with the service and the price. Shane was amazing, he was informative without being Long winded and absolutely will be going back and making this my go to for everything car. It was an easy process and my car is feeling brand new. Thank you Shane see you next time.

We needed a quick repair of a cam shaft sensor. As other reviews state, he got right onto it, advised parts prices and got it done. Other firms nearby were either unable to do it as they didn't have the expertise, or simply showed little interest in doing it. Shane is awesome and I'm writing this before knowing the total bill...

Thank You so much to Shane at Platinum Automotive. He sorted out my 1999 UK rover mini after it came into the country, seeing it thru the minefield of compliance and also sorted the engine problem it arrived with. Shane is a top bloke and knows classic minis inside and out and I will definitely be using him in the future to keep my classic in first class condition. Thanks again mate👍 Paul Willis

Shane did an amazing job stopping an oil leak in my distributor. I really appreciated the fact he let me view the extent of it for myself. I was very impressed how quickly they managed to get it done. Good work, Shane :)

Epic service by Shane himself. Very happy with the end result of my car. Very well priced too. Had a mini barely driveable, left it with the man for 2 weeks, drove it away like a new car with more power. Highly recommended.

In January I purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper s, and I ewanted to upgrade some parts including intercooler and air filter, I did some research and ordered some parts online.I’m not mechanically minded and needed some help. Shane at Platinum Automotive came highly recommend by the Auckland mini club. I went and visited him and asked him few questions and a week later Shane updated the intercooler and air filter for me. Through out the whole process Shane was professional honest and did an outstanding job, my mini absolutely hums. He will be the only one to touch my mini from now on, and will also be doing the servicing on my Subaru as well, I highly recommend him,

Shane managed a rather extensive job of replacing my water pump during lockdown level 4 - when every other dealership was closed He calmly and collectively delivered on this job professionally and attended to the after sales all in lockdown - Great honest service delivers what was promised - highly recommend this repairer

Thanks alot Shane for your help. First time here and thought the roughness sound from my car was due to my O2 sensors. Shane cames out and checks through it all and finds the problem. Fixes it on the spot. The guys has alot of knowledge Decided to book my car in again to get other stuff done on it. Ive just found my new mechanic. Highly recommended. Thanks again mate 👍

Took our 2010 Audi S3 to Shane today for a WOF, service, new plugs, brake pads & discs, plus some other bits & pieces. All done same day! Will definitely be back with our other car soon. Great work, highly recommended!

Great place :) best place in town to get a service and anything else you need done to your car. Shane knows all about all types of cars and will tell exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed. Nice and quick and will always let you know if any issues arise.
