A.Had such a smooth experience dealing with Precision team. They made it super easy to book the vehicle and pick it up on the committed time. Vehicle was groomed inside out.
Parts were delayed for quite a bit but it was out of their control due to manufacturer being too slow to ship the parts. It would be great if Precision can regularly update customers on the delays so that customers can be reassured that repairs will take place eventually and manufacturers are being chased for parts.
A.There is a reason you choose these guys to look after your pride and joy. Attentive to every request (no matter how small or seemingly unimportant), friendly and most importantly they know premium Euro cars inside out. Glad I sent my car there to be made new again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to you all. Thanks Paul, Sean and Mia!
M.Booked in for a week, got a call back the next day saying it was done and was going through grooming. Came out like new! Friendly team, easy process, superb work - Definitely my go-to for panel and paint going forward.
j.Very happy with the service. The communication was good, my repair was done immediately after level 4 - they managed it all well and in time.
There was one thing left over after I picked up my car, hard to spot and only apparent at motorway speeds. They dealt with it quickly and professionally, so credit to them for how well the managed the minor error, and for me it raised the experience.
J.Precision Autowerk has always gone the extra mile for me and my cars. After picking one of my cars from having the door replaced, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the guys had taken the liberty of also pulling out a small car park dent on the rear quarter, even though it wasn’t part of the damage they were fixing in the original job. There was no extra charge for this and I thought this was a really nice touch and a great example of how awesome Precision are to work with.

Update:
Send them my weekend car in June 2019, and these guys are just top notch, the workshop is cleaner than the doctors office, the workmanship is perfection to an OCD level. If you really care for your vehicle, and want nothing but the best, this is the place to go. I'm a person who does not accept 90% and these guys are genuinely 100% perfection with paint fitment and customer service with a high attention to details. Special thanks to Keith, you are a champion and you should be very proud of your establishment.
S.Very good. I had had other vehicles fixed by them previously and they always did a great job.
Recently had some warranty work done on a brand new car, the dealer took it to another Panelbeater and the upshot was a very poor job, even after it had been back twice. Autowerk did a great job liaising with the Dealer to get it fixed (properly this time).
Workmanship is perfect, looking factory fresh, thank you.

D.I have been in expensive hotels in Sydney (for work) and had worse service than every single interaction I had with everyone at Precision Autowerk. Not only was the service unbelievably good, my BMW has been returned to me in a much better condition that it was when I dropped it off. Perhaps I would have preferred they didn't include all the photos of my car in bits, showing me how the sausage was made, so to speak. On the other hand, it's completely obvious from them the care they have taken even when I wasn't there. When I picked up my car tonight the person that handed me the keys said he hopes I don't have to visit them again soon. But really, I have the confidence that Precision Autowerk will do a great job and I have nothing to worry about if I have to make another trip. 5 internet stars from me
D.Very good service and done an excellent job. There was an issue with the fitting on an interior panel, but was quickly resolved when I popped in. Only negative thing was there was no free courtesy car.
