I got a leak fixed and a full service and warrant from their mechanic for cool kiwi downstairs named Robbie who was one of the loveliest mechanics I've met. He took care of my car and made sure to fix it properly and he was very detailed about everything. They gave me a list of everything they did so everything was transparent and I was updated with any changes. He was trustworthy and was easy to talk to.
Got some panel beating done with Brendan at premium panel and paint too. He gave me a great deal and sorted out my car as quick as he could. Great service and great quality work from both shops.

T.I chose this company from a short list for its convenient North Shore location.
I was greeted by Brendon, the friendly Manager who was straight out of his office to look over my car and offer an estimate. This was followed up later in the day with a fully costed quote.
Brendon is a meticulous operator who insists on using only genuine new parts and best quality processes.
On pick up, I found my car in showroom condition, having been groomed inside and out.
If you want friendly, prompt and efficient service then I recommend this company for its fastidious attention to detail. I was very happy with them.

Got my Audi panel and painted with the chrome delete above my expectations very happy with the job. Would definitely recommend everyone if they need any work done!
S.Another little gem at the corner of Archers road and Sunnybrae. Don't let the big signage scare you, because you would be astonished by the quality of service you would get there. The place has a dedicated manager/owner, who will take you through any process of the panel beating. That way, you can enjoy hassle-free insurance claims. I would recommend the team there over other less organised panel beaters.
Edit Late 2020: I found out that my air-con cooling function didn't work and was told by a "no cowboy" HVAC professional that the air-conditioning needed to be regas-ed, as when the previously in the fix (at the panelbeaters), did not regas my cylinder. I had to pay about 80 bucks to get it regas-ed.

T.Amazing service from the whole team - always keeping communication and did an amazing job repairing the panel and paint on my car. I had passed by the shop during the evening a couple times while my vehicle was in there and noticed the team still hard at work after hours which shows their work ethic!
