J.Great service by this team. In specific, Jericko was of great assistance. He ensured I had a top quality service from the moment I walked through the door. He kept me up to date via phone calls whilst the mechanics were servicing my vehicle. Transparent and extremely professional! I even had the mechanic come out and explain to me what some of the issues on the vehicle were and how they went about fixing it. Great work team and kudos to you Jericko. Keep it up!
S.The experience was good overall. These guys were recommended by my dealers when there was coolant leaking from my Audi A4 2012. They got it fixed over a week along with a few other issues in the engine. Now my car is running better than ever. I've had my car for almost a month now. The fuel efficiency has improved. I can feel the engine running smoothly, the power has increased and also the drive is way more comfortable. Although they are a little expensive but you can be rest assured they won't scam you and is probably the best place for European cars. I'm happy with the professionalism and mechanical expertise. I'd definitely recommend this place.
M.As an owner of a fine piece but also rather demanding piece of European Machinery, an Audi Q7, and also used to the premium price tag for such service (usually Giltrap Prestige). I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and excellent workmanship provided by Qualitat, work done was fast and priced way below what was quoted by Giltrap.

B.Dealt with Heather via email and Jericho at the shop to service my A4. Great communication and service all around and price was definitely reasonable for the amount that was done to my car. Jericho was very knowledgeable and about as nice as a person can get. Will definitel be returning!!
l.Ordered some service parts for our VW passat, very easy to deal with the parts are spot on and great value. Dispatched on the day and received in southland the next working day. Top service, highly recommend this company. Far better service than our local VW dealer.

L.I ordered vehicle parts from them over the phone. Called on Monday at midday, they had the items in stock, and was able to make the transaction over the phone. They arrived Tuesday morning. Prices were pretty reasonable too.
P.Great experience with the Qualitat team. Needed some new wipers for my VW Golf, phoned them, they answered right away, got a price, came in and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, plus one nice dude even fitted the new wiper blades for me while I was there. Highly recommend Qualitat and will use again for sure.
T.A basic service is a little more than your cheapest garage but my 3 services have been excellent. Aaron from the service department always communicates well, service records are filled in, and they are reasonable regarding waiting for competitive quotes (to which they have been competitive so far). Really appreciate the car clean inside and out as well! Only negative is twice i have had to wait for parts and there has been no loaner car available.

S.Discussed a major issue I had with My VW Touareg with Necos and requested a quote. While we didn't end up running with Qualitat, it wasnt because of the pricing, it was because we had already had the vehicle towed to another workshop and the cost to relocate the car outweighed any benefit. Necos was very professional, very helpful and provided a detailed and competitive quote in very quick time. Will definitely be using Qualitat for servicing in the future.
P.So I went back to Qualitat and was quoted $1000 for a stuffed battery and $3900 to fix a compressor. I wanted a 2nd opinion and went to the dealer directly, turns out I did not need a new battery and the compressor was sent away to be fixed. Total bill $1500, saved $3400, which in these times is a lot of money !! They have really nice staff here, but sorry to say they are expensive and you don't always get the best information. Two strikes, won't be back now, sorry....
Y.Always a good experience. Prices aren't the best, but the range is pretty good. Customer parking for parts collection could do with some improvement.

B.Vagn is a great guy and very helpful. Labour time tends to make some jobs fairly costly - though they have lowered without being requested to in some cases. They know VAG vehicles, that's what you are paying for.
