A. R.I want to be fair with this review because the staff were friendly. It is a shame they will not change wiper blades (only the arms) for you. I purchased a product that was sold to me as being really easy to fit yet it was anything but. I understand to some degree the issue of liability but I think it could be a service offered for a moderate fee (by someone trained). Definitely an opportunity for REPCO I believe.
L. P.I am regretfully now classified as a Senior Citizen.. Went to get a replacement brake light bulb at this branch. The young man who served me was pleasant. When I went out to my car to fit the bulb back in place I couldn't get it to fit. Went back into the shop and asked the young man if he could help.. And he said no he wasn't allowed to do that and carried on working at the desk and just left me standing there. Very fortunately for Repcos reputation, in my eyes, a female staff member heard the exchange and came out to have a look. She turned the bulb into place, explained what I should have done and wished me a good day. Product selection at the Repco- great. Indifferent customer service redeemed by a sensible older female

I. C.Good helpful service. Had part in stock. Much cheaper at super cheap but would have taken three days to get. No choice but to pay extra.
D. D.I popped in to suss some items on my vehicle and Jason was friendly and helpful and offered advice on in-store products, he ordered the part in for me from another store and I revisited their store to pick and mentioned that my wiper blades were too noisy. Jason measured and swapped them for me and recommended the quality ones on sale ($30 for two).

R.Had a good experience with the service staff at the counter I was getting a front right c.v joint for my 1996 Toyota Carib which is a great car by the way. The man at the counter asked me if it was a.b.s or not so after calling my mechanic I had a look and it wasn't (oh so I am hoping) I was emailed a photo by my mechanic after a few minutes then I double checked under the hood and was confident with my purchase they told me to compare it and not to get Grease on the new part so I can refund my cash. Very helpful and friendly. Will be back again

I. A.Great experience with Repco Henderson Branch. Had a recent issue where incorrect parts were provided for my car which caused an oil leak. While the fault lay with both Repco Henderson and my mechanic, Repco Henderson went out of their way to cover the entire cost for additional work to install correct parts, clean the oil leak, labour to complete the work. While it was disappointing for my mechanic NOT to cover additional costs, Repco demonstrated professionalism, service and backed its brand to ensure a fair deal for its consumers. Thanks Repco Henderson. You have a loyal customer now.
