J.This was my local Repco until a few years ago when I moved. I don't have trouble getting what I need at this store, can't say that for the Botany branch. In fact I was directed to the HP branch by the Botany store because they didn't have what I was looking for - any of it (not uncommon products, one of which was on mailer promotion).
L.Felt so good not to be ripped off as I was previous place - opposition. Will always go to Repco - such lovely staff now, thanks for the great service.

A.Don't come here expecting that to be your only trip, I've had to come back nearly everytime I've bought a bulb because they've given me the wrong one. It's pretty poor considering they can get your cars info on screen and can see what it uses.

L.Come to this place often for all sorts of gadgets, tools, car products and accessories.. the staff are always friendly and helpful and will give you as much help and advice as they can. Never had any problems with any products purchased, also the new shop layout looks good to.
a.Good service and a wide range of equipment you can use for your car. Wouldn't say it's cheap but it seems good quality so I guess you get what you pay for. Just double check on the website the pricing. I bought a battery as it was on offer for $165 on website but in store the checkout price was $175. They were cool about it and I got it for the website price. Always helpful and knowledge staff. Use it quite often but try to buy stuff when there is a sale on as then it is very good value for money.
S.Real easy to deal with. The assistant was helpful and very pleasant. A good automotive parts shop.

A.Had to ask about the advertised special as it was out the back. Why wasn't it on the shelf? If I'd been in a hurry I wouldn't've had time to ask.
J.It's good if Super Cheap Auto or Trademe don't have what you need as can be overpriced. Staff are always helpful and they have a great variety of products and parts.
