Scratch Busters gave me a new car again - several dings and dents and supermarket “gifts” had left my car looking unloved and abused. Finally I got my insurance involved and the team at Scratch Busters went out of their way to return my car to me as-new. Hopefully I never have to use them again haha

Work was done in a quick timeframe to a great standard of quality. I paid out of pocket and thought that their pricing was very fair.

I used Scratch Busters for a small bumper repair. .I was very happy with their work , the staff were friendly and the job reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

I had an insurance claim on my car. I called up scratch busters on Thursday, they booked me for the following Monday. The staff were professional, took photos of the damage and the rest of the car, I had a great courtesy car for the 3 days it took to do panel work. When I got my car back it was cleaned inside and out and the paint and panel repair was exceptional. Very impressed with the service!

Service was perfect from the second I walked. Dropped off my car and was given a great courtesy car for time it sort to fix up. Only took 3 days and the car looks as good as new!! Awesome work!! Totally recommended

Amazing customer service! Right from getting a quote through to picking up my car, the team at scratch busters have been friendly and helpful. The stayed open so I could pick my car up after 5pm and were still smiling even though it was horrible weather. My car looks brand new, not just the part that was fixed - the team did a wonderful job and cleaning the outside was lovely little extra. I would highly recommend using this company.

They did pretty good job on my car i wish they would have valet cleaned my car like others do after though. Need to improve customer service a bit . There are more better ways to say " I don't have any other car".Overall it was good.

Not only did he first restored my car beautifully, then he helped me resolved a mysterious electrical problem without charging me extra, and took care of me with a courtesy car until the very end. Such professionalism and responsibility with his work, I appreciate it very much.

These guys are great !! The very professional and helpful team at Scratch Busters did an awesome job repainting the top surfaces of my car, the colour match and blending are perfect. Fixed my car really well and also gave me a rental whilst they had my car. However, the registration fo the rental car had been expired for months. When I rang to inform them the lady on the phone told me the new registration was sitting in the office and did not seem concerned at all. They then expected me to drive to them to pick up the new registration and did not offer any help.

Someone had scraped along the back bumper and left white paint goudged along the full length of my shiny emerald green Toyoto Platz car. Took it to ScratchBusters. The bumper was removed Monday. Went back Friday and bumper was reattached A perfect job. Dee the receptionist runs a smooth ship answering phones, dashing off to get Angel (yes that's his name) to deal with me the customer. Such a relief to have everything fixed. I know where to go IF anything's damaged again.

Probably ok, never used them as I got a quote from another place way cheaper for the same job. Possibly a good place, but was over double what I eventually had to pay. They quoted $500, I went somewhere else and paid $180.

As always. Angel and his team never cease to provide the goods. Highly rate scratch busters for their service and customer service. Great service guys, well done.
