M.Bought a 4pack sparkplug from the Silverdale branch and found that one sparkplug was defective. Tried to return faulty part at Silverdale branch and was turned away without replacement. Then went to Albany branch and part was exchanged without any problems. Service at Albany branch was outstanding. Thank you Supercheap Auto Albany
