Found what I was after, and a few things more, all good quality and inexpensive. Plenty of parking available, bit of a mission getting back out onto Wairau Road but that's not their fault. Nicely laid out store with plenty of variety and stock.

Awesome selection. Great staff for sure. Very helpful and quick. On top of that very knowledgeable which really helps. Thanks guys!

Excellent staff with excellent service .Very helpful and answer my question. When I accidentally dropped my wallet on the floor, two young staff kept it for me until I returned to the store to get it.

Well went in looking for bulbs for my brake lites,staff were not very helpful,not very customer focused,I got asked if I knew what I was looking for an was left to find it myself,just as well I had my son with me, I asked a staff member if they had bulbs in bulk, an the reply I got was I've never heard of that,my reply was an you work in an automotive shop goodness me.

DELICIOUS! Best Udon in auckland, and tasty and fresh sushi. Great price and authentically made. Great service. Could rave about this place forever! 1000/10, definitely recommend!

A large sized auto parts shop at a convenient location. All kinds of parts and spares are stocked by them. The staff are nice and helpful too. Prices are competitive and fair. Some basic services e.g. windscreen wiper refill are available at a very low price. The location is easily accessible but can be busy due to the traffic on Wairau Valley road. Very nice experience dealing with them. Highly recommended overall.

Handy local store. Staff keen to assist. Great stock range. Fair prices. Suggest street sign is more exposed (get rid of the 2 trees), as store is hard to pick out due to a 1000 signs is this zone.

It's not really cheap. Always having sales on things so if your needs don't align with sales you pay too much. Sure they will give the difference back in credit if it's on sale soon after you buy but that expires quickly and I can only stockpile so much oil and spray paint to use the credit up.

Simply the best SCA store so far. Make sure to see Phil or Mel if you need any assistance. Phil will definitely go the extra mile to help 😊

Brilliant service from Manager Dylan and lovely lady on the front helm, you guys were awesome. I made it vack to Piha on the rain safely bec3you went above and beyond to make sure my car was safely fitted woth new headlights. 💯 Dylan you are a star 👌

I’m willing to travel further and even spend more to go to SCA over Repco. Whoever owns or manages this Wairau branch is doing a great job(plus the staff of course).

I bought pair of Wiper blades for my car. Since, I wasn't an expert, I asked one of the staff memver for help, Dilan who was at the shop came out and checked requirement and replaced it for me. He was extremely professional and a true example of how to deal with customers. Thanks Dilan

Supercheap never fails to impress. Leaves all opposition for dead on pricing as well. Stock range big, staff attitudes excellent. Cardholder discounts not too bad. No toilets available to customers, parking not a problem, wheelchair access.

I keep coming back because they are the best!!!!

Great value and friendly service

I had to get my windscreen wipers changed, Cody was such a great help at checking which wipers were the correct size.. He even replaced them for me without any fuss, a real asset to the team and made my visit much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, they were quite knowledgeable and if they didn't know something then they would even search up for you. Went to simply buy window wipers end up buying extradition few tools and light bulbs. Money well spent knowing i was advised capable and helpful team. Thanks!

Every time we need anything for our car we pop into this place. Staff are very helpful and go out of there way to help install certain things. They are a bit cheaper then repco. Good products and great service :)

I needed a few bits, but there was nobody around to help me, and their aisle labels are inaccurate (as I found out at the till). So i ended up getting just the one item (break light bulbs) which I found after about 15 mins. Price is okay, but place seemed pretty understaffed.

Prices are low, as you'd expect, but I keep coming back to this store despite it being a little out of my way because the staff are super helpful and friendly. Not at all like many other auto stores where the staff somehow always look down on you for not knowing every little detail about your car. And the people here are always nice, despite rarely being served by the same person.

Great store I highly recommend them. The young women with dark hair was extremely helpful when I asked for product advice.

I have visited Supercheap many times - mostly because their pricing is sharper than a competitor just down the road. The staff understanding what I am asking for and seem knowledgeable. It is quite a large shop and has a large variety of automotive components and accessories.

There is a big selection and plenty of parking. If you need help yoy have to line up and ask staff, they won't come to you. But I got new windscreen wipers and once I lined up and asked they were super helpful and fitted them for me. But for a cost :) I appreciated it though as my car is weird...

It's actually a really decent store. Problem is the store is located in a bad easy to miss spot and parking is bad. Otherwise 5 stars.

Genuinely pleased with today's service. Only went in for a simple purchase of a gear knob and the attendant went out of his way to make sure everything i needed was taken care of in a proper and friendly manner. I'll definitely bring my business here in the future.

The staff were very is a nice shop and has a pretty good selection of goods. It is much cheaper than the store who's name spells Rip Every Poor Customer Of.

These guys are indeed good. Probably one of the better supercheap auto's out there, shame about location though - can be pretty hard getting in and out during peak traffic. Make sure you are careful pulling out of there. Otherwise, the shop is worth the trip, definitely a 5 star.

Product and staff second to none

I just got helped by a chap called Jai. What incredible service! I had just heard him say that he was going to stock some clips and then go for lunch. When he saw me he instantly dropped everything to help me with the bulbs on my car. He explained the different types of bulb and for a tiny fee took the old bulbs out and put in the new ones. He answered all of my questions about replacing oil and air filters, and after offering to order a filter for me that isnt in stock, he even recommended where I could possibly get one today. I wish more places had staff with great product knowledge and such positive attitudes. They'll get my business in the future.

Excellent clean and tidy store with everything you ever needed or thought you needed for your Car, motorcycle, boat and Soo much more. It's got a heck of a lot of automotive gear but also alot more other bits and pieces that will attract your interests. The staff here are very knowledgeable and super dooper friendly.They helped me with my troubles regarding my car and even went the extra mile to spin a yarn and comfort me regarding the latest NBA basketball result because of the clothes I was wearing,Now that was next level!! Thanks Supercheap Wairau!! The BEST Supercheap store in New Zealand!!

Always a deal here replaced my battery and had it fitted cheaper than AA or Repco not a lot but still cost less.

Good store just off the northern motorway. They state they have a scan tool avalable for diagnostic of check engine light.

This is the place to get the bits you need for your car, to service it and any tools you should need, and some other stuff, they always price there goods well so you can even buy when it's not on sale, but always look for there catalogue to get the best deals.

Great Customer Service, I wanted to buy a gear nob but I wasn’t sure the one that I picked up whether is suitable or not. One of the staff members reassured me that is suitable. He also installed it in my car. Thank you, Joe.

The branch in Glenfield Auckland with their staff are awful. I went into the store yesterday to buy an impact adaptor. Very unhelpful person at the counter called Callum was rejecting service to a nice gentleman before me. The man asked if he could buy 2 items and pay for them to collect for tomorrow (he was on a motorbike I later found out). Callum instantly said no they cant hold items. When the counter is filled with held paid items i.e. online orders. Then my turn I asked for a key for the impact socket display and he instantly answered no because he had to stay at the counter (he is very uninterested in customer service was my impression) I stood with my 3 year old waiting, then surprised by another middle eastern man with a floor duster coming from behind us and loudly asked to excuse him which was very impolite given the store was empty and he could be dusting elsewhere while we stood waiting. Something needs to change in terms of the staff that are very uninterested or rude to nice customers. Unacceptable!
