From his initial greeting as I walked into the store, to his support changing my wipers, assisting me with locating products and a bit of banter in between, I felt well looked after! C.Really nice and helpful staff. I ordered something online and it was ready for collection within an hour. They have a good click and collect process for lockdown which means they have the least contact possible. Definitely other shops could learn from this. It's also a well stocked store, they've always had what I needed.

T.Amazing service from the team at the Westgate store and Nanocam+! I bought a reversing camera several years ago and the arm with the suction cup for the monitor broke recently. The sales assistant at Supercheap Auto promptly contacted their supplier at Nanocam+ and they were able to provide a spare holder for me within days. Great communication throughout. Thank you!
A.Team is very helpful and approachable, assortment may vary from time to time, but in most cases is OK. if something is unavailable on the shelf, guys will help you ordering it with no hesitation. Exchanged wrongly ordered braking pads with no problems and very fast.

J.Always very friendly and helpful staff. Shop is always presented nicely and always has stock of products I want. Only issues is the shopping complex it is located in which suffers parking space issues. Go early in the morning for a park.

R.Went in and saw Shannon (Asst. Manager)the other day. Ordered some brake pads and she nailed the customer service side spectacularly. Told me she would have the parts in that afternoon and she would call me when they were there. I actually thought she was having me on at first, I've never had parts arrive that quick! Nevertheless I get a call at 3.30pm - "parts are here ready to pickup". Was pleasantly suprised at such great service :D
Have had a bit of a mixed bag with staff in there so I'm afraid I'll only deal with Shannon from now on. Well done, told her manager and am well impressed.
