J.I recent just moved into area and had some problems with my car. AA insurance towed it to the nearest mechanics but wasn't sure were to take it as their many cowboys out there that have the tools but not the honest dealings.
AA referred me to Superior Automotive service... At first, I wasn't sure about this company as no one has referred or spoke about this mechanic and I wasn't sure about the cost because the building look new.
OVERALL, I have no understanding of my vehicle maintenance. Stu helped me through the process of how to put through a claim to my insurance. Consistently kept in touch on the same day and brought understanding to what was wrong with my vehicle.
If you ever have the chance to look for a mechanic that is upfront with you and honest. Speak to Stu and the team. Don't risk taking your vehicle to a cowboy mechanic. But hey!!! it’s your choice.

L.Excellent service :) Technician was good at finding the problem and fixing my Volvo car's air conditioning issue. They even vacuum my car before handover :)
J.First time customer. Managed to get my car booked in for a service the following day. Unfortunately needed some semi major repairs which I was unaware with. Great communication and very thorough - no pressure but I decided to go ahead and came in at a great price for what was done. Also their work comes with 12 month warranty which is very comforting when spending a large sum of money. I will be back and highly recommend.
S.After a thorough examination of some electrical faults and broken down radio in my Polo they were spot on with the diagnosis and able to quote me quickly for the hard to find parts and the new radio. Excellent service and customer focussed, invoice matched the quote, happy customer!
J.Great Service. Thank you for your help with my starter motor. Quoted for new starter but later told that the old one would probably be OK as it was full of carbon dust and that was the cause of the blown fuses. Got the air conditioning re gassed as well. 10 year old car and never touched the air conditioning. Apparently it should get checked and serviced regularly. Never new that! Now got a COOL car as well as a Car that STARTS! Thanks Stu. Great job and appreciate the communication and unexpectedly small bill. Cheers.
N.Been living in Auckland since 2007. They are definitely the best mechanics and auto electrical mechanics! The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The mechanics are friendly, very knowledgeable and always provide and update on what work is required, prior to the work being completed and will give a full update on the work that had been completed. I will be booking my car in for a service soon. Thanks

S.I recently had some major electrical problems with a van that I had purchased to use as a work vehicle. The problem was not a common one and proved to be a bit of a major job but Ben and his team went above and beyond to not only diagnose the problem and fix it but to accomodate me in their already busy schedule so that I would not be without my workwagon any longer than was needed. Due to some difficulties encountered along the way the amount of work and labour time that was eventually required to get a result would of exceeded the original quote but they stuck true to their original quote that they gave at the beginning. Even covering the unforseen additional cost of taking it in to the FORD workshop for CPU and key reprogramming. Ben is very knowledgable in his field and I felt that my vehicle was in compotent hands. They also maintained a good level of communication throughout so I knew what was going on.
D.Extremely accommodating in repairing my air con. after dropping in for a free check. when tested, a couple of other faults in the gas lines necessitated a more extensive repair than just a re-gas. Ben and the boys went to great lengths to source parts and do the fix on the same day rather than return. although it took a little longer, it was worth the wait and they also managed to organise a WOF renew in between. everything runs like new now - just in time for summer!!

N.Have used A&H under the previous owner and still the same great service under the new ones. Needed replacement headlights and park lights and had no problem fitting both sets for - good value given the hassle it was removing the old ones on my outback.
