Took the vehicle for warranty 15k service. The lady we dealt with explained the procedure and how long it would take, she was courteous and new what she was talking about. We waited in customer room had a coffee watched some tv and service was completed well within stated time. My husband says he will definitely return there next time it requires work

My power steering pump on my Rhino packed up on Monday night, I took it in on Tuesday morning without booking it in, the service Manager Ash, checked and diagnosed the issue within minutes and told me to leave the vehicle with him and he would do his best to get it sorted, as part can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. He arranged a lift home for me and by 16:30 that same day called to say it was all fixed and ready to pick up. He was friendly and polite and kept me updated on what work was done and the warranty, and if any issues to bring it straight back. Fantastic service from this team. Thank you Ash and team👍👍😀

Takanini Ssangyong are a quality organization. I bought my Rexton from them about 4 years ago and have had it serviced there since then. The sales process was friendly and knowledgeable, and the Service Dept has been professional and helpful at all times. Because of this good experience, and the fact that my Rexton has been an outstanding car for me and my family, I plan to keep using Takanini Ssangyong, even through it is a bit out of the way for me.
