Prompt, friendly service and great advice from Paul and Chris! Quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a fix to a sensor be completed - as part of the work another company was doing on the vehicle. This is great service, with integrity. Very much appreciated! I’ll have these guys front of mind anytime I need transmission work done.

My normal mechanic failed to notice an issue with my car despite a rattling noise and blamed it on the tyres. I felt that there was something more to it and took it to the Gearbox Factory. It turned out that the whole clutch and gearbox needs to be replaced. Unfortunately this meant the car needs to be written off. Steve didn't even charge me for the test drive and diagnosis despite my insistence. Rate the company highly and would always use again. I will never use my normal mechanic again...

Great Service. Picked up broken vehicle and delivered it back to my address all fixed. Cheaper than I thought it was going to be. They consulted with me and got all the details they needed to ensure the vehicle would be fixerd suitably for the way I used it.

It was a real pleasure dealing with all the team. They provided excellent service and a great price. The car is driving better before and I would definitely recommend them They changed the filter and CVT transmission oil on my Toyota RACTIS.
