I cannot recommend Merril and his team highly enough. A team of mechanics who know what they are doing, charge fairly, and give you a quote up front. Skilled, knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and honest. My car is crowding 400,000 k's and they source second hand parts as needed to make any repairs worthwhile and always go the extra mile for me. United Autolion is honestly the best. I've been there about three times now and everytime I drop my car off, i know they will take good care of it and give me a reasonable quote and fix everything that needs fixing. Ladies, i know some mechanics are a bit hit and miss because they either take advantage of us and yell at us (this was my past experience with a mechanic in Mt wellington) but honeslty, these guys are the best. friendly and they know car stuff is expensive and they try and work with you and your budget. they tell you what NEEDS to be fixed and what can wait. they're a great company :) couldnt recommend them enough.

One of the best mechanics for family cars in Auckland. Great service, quality work at fair prices, quick turnaround and called before doing any additional work. Even did a complimentary interior cleaning. Being able to book online would be nice but that's not worth deducting a star. Highly recommended for family cars, I can't comment on their work for performance cars/trucks at this stage.

I got my car serviced today at united autolion, I couldn’t be more happier with the service that I received from them. They went extra mile explaining me about the current status of my car and the things that I should be aware in future, which I was not told by any other workshops that I used to go before.
