J.I have found VINZ to be fast, they are honest, unlike many garages that suggest extra things to repair for profit. They point out only the nesarserryary parts of the car to repair, overall, good service and free coffee.
C.This is the second time I used their service for my WOF. I went early on Saturday and the WOF took only around 20mins. The staffs are friendly and their office waiting area provides free coffee and magazines.

M.I have used these guys for many years (10?) and found them to be really nice and not pedantic for commercial work, however this may have changed after my last experience!!! ...Still REALLY nice staff, but all new and perhaps a little too green to understand the complexity of rules for commercial -not sure what's going on - I might be wrong- hope so... Id definitely go here for a WOF, but COF s I give them one more chance...

M.I give 4 stars because the staff I dealt with were friendly and tried to be helpful and accommodate my need to get my car registered in New Zealand relatively quickly. Deserves top score for this.
My only suggestion is: why would the only two staff members based in the car compliance office for import cars go to lunch at the same time? This meant that I had to go away and come back after lunch....
K.Never had any concerns about getting a wof here. Never had to worry about them missing important things or making up problems, unlike the experiences I have had with the other vehicle testing place in the orange building.
Won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

S.It was the first time Ive been there. I took my old motor bike BUT it failed on a small bearing play. I'm now having difficulty getting a replacement part ! Oh the WOF check prices are HIGH !

o.Took my car for a WOF, scanned, entered and only 1 customer was on the way out. The blonde lady behind the counter so lovely, clear and precise with instructions on where to drive and park my car for inspection. She even gave me a heads-up about the eftpos machine having a bad day before I was about to pay. Great customers services everyone. Thank you. Stay safe
