Friendly customer service, they seem like great Kiwis, but I’ve felt slightly disappointed from my services there. Sometimes minor admin mixups, and sometimes got less than I expected. I think a setting in my automatic transmission was changed, the car shifts at awkward times now. My experiences could just be me, so I wouldn’t stop someone who goes here but I probably wont recommend Vodis either. **UPDATE** Reply to owner's response: No, definitely the correct company added picture to prove. The reason it's been over 1 year is because I didn't like your service. I also neither listed nor stated that you checked my transmission, but noticed that the sensor that tells the car to shift gears activates at inappropriate times. Canada review is for a friend back in my native country. Your response evades responsibility and is a great illustration of why I won't be going back.

Communication was clear from the start. Quality of work was great. Price was unmatched, less than half compared to one competitor. Very happy! Thanks Eben and Anthony.

WOW! Thank you Vodis. We had an emergency and we phoned Vodis. They said bring it down straight away. We did this and they took the car straight in and fixed the problem. Nice and easy. Dropped my car in the morning and it was ready by midday. Was given genuine feedback on what spare parts needs replacement and to my surprise I was told no need to do them now as they still got a bit of life. Car feels smoother after the service. Will come back for my next service.

This was the first time I have used Vodis, they were fantastic to deal with, extremely detailed and their communication is A1. Explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand and highlighted things that may or may not need to be checked next time so there are no surprises. Simply the best Mechanics I have used to date and will be continuing to use them going forward.

Trailer WOF only this visit, but the usual cheerful friendly reception, and impeccable customer service. Once again, the proactive info about potential future needs was most welcome ( wheel bearing needs tightening by next warrant - and noted on Vodis database, so it is not overlooked). We have had multiple Mercedes Sprinter campervans looked after by the team at Vodis over the last few years and on every occasion Anthony, Maureen, Eben and the team have been excellent to deal with and the service 5 stars. We recommend them without hesitation.

They explain everything that needs doing in easy to understand language, sourcing parts from some far-flung locations where necessary, and giving advice when my battery went dead. I have been coming to Vodis for over 2 years now with a variety of european vehicles. The team are knowledgeable, genuine, their prices are fair and loan vehicles are available. More importantly for me is the trust factor. The team explain every aspect of what they are going to do and then post job they explain what they did and found, therefore, I do not feel that I have been taken for a ride. I do feel they have my best interests at heart, which is rare to find these days! Great customer experience time and time again. Definitely recommend.

First time using the services of the folks at VODIS Automobile Ltd. Had the Transmission fluid changed and the filters on my MK1 Audi TT. Very pleased with the whole experience from the tidy courtesy car to the work done very efficiently and, of course, the cost which came under the price of my usual service provider. Every time I go to Vodis I'm always impress by how they want to make me feel listened to and heard as though I might also know something about my car. They are also good at explaining what needs done to my car and giving me choices about planning to fix what needs fixing. Then we make a plan and they fix it and they do it right and fast and for a good price.

Issues with our late model European car. Came to Vodis after being deflected and led along by the vehicles franchisee. Received good advice and issue easily sorted and more importantly fixed. Recommend this company for their can do attitude and helpful disposition and willingness to go that extra mile. Dave

The team at Vodis are great and are always willing to think outside the box when faced with challenging technical issues. I have used branded dealerships for servicing for years but after having Vodis run a full service on my daughter's Golf, these guys are my new "go to" shop. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed and will save some $$ in the process.

Antony and the team at Vodis have serviced two of my vehicles and have always been professional and trustworthy in their dealings with me. I value their service enough to continue with them, despite being located 15km from the Vodis workshop. It's great to have a workshop dedicated to, and experienced in servicing/repairing Volkswagen vehicles - and do so at a reasonable price.

I initially used Vodis to do a pre-purchase check. They were very thorough and explained in detail their findings and possible actions. I've been so impressed with everyone I've spoken to at Vodis, from the people doing the bookings to the mechanics. All were very professional, they showed they have a passion for what they do. I've used them since for several service items on my S4, cam cover seals, brakes and suspension bush replacements. They source and use parts from quality parts providers and posess a lot of knowledge of all things auto. Ive recommended them to family and friends, who have also had great experiences. They will be my go to guys for future servicing.

Just had a regular service and Vodis found a fault with my water pump on my S3. Pretty upset with Audi that after just 45,000kms that this failed. The guys at Audi were brilliant and got a replacement part and installed it today. They were very thorough with their Covid19 safety processes. Top marks to this company for their brilliant approach to business. I will be back for my next regular service. you. Thank you

I simply trust these guys, was referred by a work mate when they were in Milford 3 years ago (I was new to town). They have moved to a great place where they can be even better. I feel like my car is safer and my trust in their expertise is a nice feeling. They are 1 of the good guys

July 2021: Vodis arranged at shore notice to fit my car in for an auto transmission service while visting Auckland & were so obliging when I had issue with locked tyre lug nuts, they ordered standard lug nuts & had them delivered & replaced within 40 minutes. High praise for this company's customer service. Highly recommend to all! November 2020:Nothings too much trouble for Vodis. I'm relocating & they happily checked my car over before I left Auckland for a minimal cost.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, always friendly and more than happy to explain what work was done and why. For me, knowing that Vodis focuses on Audi / VW vehicles means they don't waste any time trying to work out how to do a job, where a general mechanic might spend time fumbling around whilst they work out how to do a job

Antony, Maureen and the team at VODIS are by far the most reliable and reputable mechanics in Auckland specialising in Audi, VW and Skoda servicing and repairs. They are honest, up-front and keep you informed all the way through the process. It goes without saying that Antony operates a “no-surprises” policy and ensures that all options and facts are presented as soon as they are available in order for a customer to make an informed decision about repairs that need to be carried out. In my experience with VODIS, they were given the messy task of cleaning up another mechanics shoddy workmanship as well as multiple examples of misdiagnosis of a particular fault. They were able to correctly diagnose and fix the fault as well as find and fix the issues caused by shoddy workmanship of another workshop. Communication always exceeds expectations, there are strict measures in place to ensure that labour costs are reflective of actual time spent and not just “gut-feel” by the mechanic involved and options are always presented in a flexible and easy to understand manner so that a non-technical person can make an informed decision about what steps should be taken.
