j.He was amazing best customer service I've ever experienced. He was very interactive with me, he was cool calm and collective, even as busy as they were on that day.
He deserves definitely EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR. We need more like him.
J.Went in and the guy at reception with black hair I wish I knew his name to write this directly to him, but thank u so much for such great service, you were so vigilant and got things done heaps quicker than the person who was there on Saturday and made the mistakes I had to come back and fix, she also took along time to sort out what I needed whilst there was a long queue, but this guy I think he is Maori or possibly Polynesian, never good to assume one's ethnicity but I hope ur boss sees this so they can personally thank you and give u a raise or something, u are a real credit to the business. U rang around to get in touch with me after to let me know what I needed was ready to be picked up!! Thank u for great service and just getting what needed to be done, done.
G.Took a company vehicle for WOF, had the scan bought to my window, for what must be a tiring on your feet all day being helpful to members of the public type job the lady was helpful and cheerful. Office lady was very Courteous when trying to find the Company's account, I paid by eftpos, my mistake I found out later was we don't have an account. Got the WOF very helpful and Courteous place to deal with.
G.Went to renew my driver's license, didn't have to wait long, I expected to be longer as it was the second day finally opening up to us. Pleasant staff, very efficent.

r.After a long time , been to vtnz, such a place like this especially a customer oriented place, as customer expecting a smile from staff members,attended by two of staff members , couldn't see a smile from any of them , tone and body language of the staff make me uncomfortable, lack of communication etc.when you compare to other service providers, this place have to be improve customer relations

r.Went there couple of days earlier to renew my license. Office was housed temporarily in a shipping container due to repairs being done. Which was ok. Two ladies behind the counter. One was friendly and the other one was, while not unfriendly but not cheerful either.
A.I was serviced fairly fast. The lady at the office was very nice and helpful.
On the Orr hand, the guy I had to deal with during my WOF check was cold and unfriendly.
A.All the staff there are friendly and efficient. My WOF and basic service took about an hour. Fastest WOF and service ever!

S.Apart from having to ask if they take my RSA card (for the discount) this is my preferred WOF center. First thing on a Saturday morning the line is short and in and out in no time. The one time a failed (break light) the guy took plenty of time to explain what the issue was and how to a) fix it and b) what to do when I came back. The ladies on the counter were great also. R.Have not had good experiences in the past with VTNZ the men who take the cars for the warrants really need to work on their hand writting its shocking and most times you dont even know what you're reading or need done because of it 🙅♀️ Customer Service is standard
K.The older woman is horrible, as soon as I walked in she snarled at me and my daughter as if it wasn't okay to get a warrant here ! I've had my car for 2 years now, and been to many different places for my warrants which have passed and all of a sudden my tints don't comply ????? The younger lady was helpful.
