The service was average for my WOF (5/1/2022). There are no waiting space & free coffees at the moment because of COVID. You may need to take a hat if you don’t want to get sunburned or find a shady spot during your wait. They had 3 chairs under the sun at the back of the building where you will be told to wait. It will be different once we moved to green traffic right as we may be able to sit and wait inside the building.

The staff here are awesome! They’re patient, friendly and respectful. The security guard was pretty awesome as well. It’s red light and we had to line up outside and it started raining but they provided us all with umbrellas. Awesome service!

One of many VTNZ branches located throughout Auckland, you can get your driver's licensing (including theory tests) done here. For WOF checks, staff are very fast and professional. Unfortunately due to it's industrial location, expect to see long queues of caravans and working trucks which take a bit longer than your normal car.

Can be very busy at times. The staff are efficient and professional. Only negative is if you end up in a lane where a large truck and trailer is being checked prepare for a long wait . We take our motor home to VTNZ Highbrook because they check large vehicles.

The staff were down to earth and very reasonable. I'd definitely be coming back every time to get my vehicle inspections to this VTNZ Branch. I recommend this VTNZ to everyone. The site was in the middle of a vast expanse of industrial land which made it comforting and feeling cramped and constricted. There is an Esquires cafe next door which makes for an easy refreshing escape while you wait for your vehicle to be inspected.

I have all my students test booked at this branch. Very friendly and highly professional testing officers And students feel very comfortable with them during their test and their positive feed backs . The front line staffs are also very friendly with smily faces all the time . I have couple of my former Autmotive students from The Fiji Institute of Technology , Fiji National Training Council and workshop staffs of Babs Automotive services at the vehicle testing side always making me feel welcome . Fast place that does WOF and other checks as you wait. The guy there found our oil running low (despite not requiring to check that as part of the WOF) and replaced it which was great. Pointed out issues with the windshield wiper and front light that I didn't even realise and was good to have fixed. Overall very good.

Replaced and renewed my drivers license here. Watch the Office Admin (Helen) at Reception. She is a bomb, doing three things at the same time, giving everyone attention and moving everyone along. She gets my five stars.

It's a small reception area that lacks room in busy times, lack of seats aswell. Besides that the reception ladies were absolutely wonderful, helpful that makes you feel comfortable and at ease! The WOF check was done thoroughly and very happy with the overall experience!

It`s never too busy and the receptionists are warm and friendly. They can look a bit grumpy sometimes though. I went there for my driving test. The instructor was really nice. Well, I passed the the test. I would recommend it for driving test and ofcourse wof.
