Reviews of VTNZ Parnell
A.I went here for two pre purchase inspections as I was unsure about the quality of the cars being sold and needed an expert opinion. First car they spotted transmission problems right away which obviously the dealer had not disclosed, and the second car passed all their tests (with some minor issues that could be fixed at a cheap cost). Their technician Sung is amazing, and I can't speak more highly of this place. He goes through the checklist with you after the test, and made it easy to understand. The tests are thorough, and well worth the money :)
P.Super expensive at $73.
If you get there at opening, you go right away. Check was done really fast!
I asked for a detailed print-out of everything that passed and the values like tread depth etc. and had to ask three people. Still didn’t get it in the end.
x.Quick great service. The lads took the time to point out things to look out for for next year's WOF. I used to work in the auto industry, things they advised made sense.
m.Wow. Fast efficient. And even at 8:20 am before they actually open, onsite letting customers know whats going on. Great site!

A.Great service, got my new license plate which starts with B8 which I find humorous. In and out in 10 minutes. Casual Bants with the guy behind the desk. He didn't seem too stoked to be working there but was helpful nonetheless. Everyone has bad days. 5 stars.

P.Turned up at lunchtime to get a warrant for my motorcycle. They were quite busy but when I asked said that they'd have it done within the hour. They were very well organised, and the technicians seemed on to it and efficient. They got it done within the hour as they promised and were friendly.
L.This is the best vtnz in auckland!!! Why?? Firstly its spacious premises, tidy, big couch you can relax while waiting. Its not overcrowded like in kingsland atmosphere so peaceful and no pressure. Car ready literaly in 10 min. Stuff professional not grumpy. Honestly....try once and you will be nicely surprised. After bad experience at kingsland vtnz i find true place where you and your vehicle will be treated fairly and without fuss. Highly recommend you!

L.I got there two minutes before opening and they all watched me through the door. The waiting room is worn and was dirty, but the cars wof was done quickly.
