n.U probably would get confused where the entrance is. It really is. But if u enter at the entrance sign, then no worries. As soon as you enter u will find a stores which looks like a timber mill. Hence, I wandered what is that.. but from there, follow the arrows. Go to receptionist. Pay and stay in the in the matching line waiting for ur chance. They have offered a coffee machine to help ur self which is appreciated..
w.Was meet with friendly and helpful staff. Garry my instructor was clear and calm. Making this experience a lot less stressful. Cheers to all the team there, would recommend to all.
D.Extremely busy with lots of heavy vehicles getting checks and people sitting for their licences. Lucky only one car before mine for rego. Great to have dedicated lanes for different transport. Staff friendly and helpful.

V.I went there for my full drivers license test. The receptionists were friendly and the testing officers are exceptional. I got a TO that was calm and he made good comments towards me during the test. Overall, a good experience and I'll recommend anyone should go do their test there in the future.

He was professional and respectful throughout the test.
His voice when giving instruction was loud and clear plus his hand gesture indicating which way to go was very helpful.

M.Passed my full licence test today with Ian. He was too nice! Frankly speaking this is my fourth try. And the moment he sat next to me I felt so confident and safe. He explained the test to me at the beginning, which none of my previous test officers did. This made the test much easier because then you had a better idea of what they are looking for. You can tell the staff here at Wiri are to help you, they are not making trouble for you or wanting you to fail to be cashcows. They are positive, warm and kind. So lovely. My best day in a while.

M.I passed my full test here. My examiner was an Indian fella. I don't remember his name. He was professional and understanding. He even explained to me what the common mistakes are in identifying the hazards, before the test. Much better than the Manakau branch which rejected me 2 times.

a.I went to VTNZ WIRI for my full driving license test today on 3/12/2020, my driving test officer “Muga” was a very professional and appreciable person, he guided me perfectly throughout the testing process. I really wish VTNZ should appoint more officers like him who make people comfortable and let them give their best at the test.
D.Great service. I like the waiting area and that you can view your car while it's being assessed.
Only improvement I would suggest is that the mechanics collect the keys from a drop box I don't feel safe leaving my car in the drive thru lane with my keys in it.

R.Latest review-This time, the instructor was good person (Arvin), passed me, didn’t fail on one silly error like the other instructor ( Gayan G) last time. he knew his job very well. there was another person Amal, he is good guy, totally understand how to deal with customers. leaving my old review as it is below. old review-Gave driving test, took arround 25min, no major error, but the officer write down normal error in critical error, checked on their website, the error doesn't come in ciritcal errors. the testing officer (Gayan G) was ****. wasted my whole day just because of his wrong decision. they couldn't sort out the problem, no written proof found about the error on website.these days they just making money by failing on very very slightly error.
J.Had a really nice experience today! Tian Yi, my testing instructor, gave very clear directions during the test and gave great feedback afterwards. He also reminded me to relax during the test when he could see I was nervous, which was nice :)

u.I went for my practical driving test today and my instructor Saranjeet S was extremely helpful, calm and composed (which definitely helps in overcoming ones initial nerves). He was observant and very clear with his instructions and explained them well. I would highly recommend him and if you get him as your driving instructor, be assured that you will be judged fairly.
Z.I met the most amazing instructor, Ian B and the girl with scarf on the reception yesterday. Both were extremely patient and explained the process well. Even after the test, Ian went over my driving improvement areas and explained the next steps. Extremely happy with your staff VTNZ wiri. Keep up the good work :)

P.Place was very busy for a Saturday according to staff. Found that staff were jumping around trying to serve 2 or 3 customers at once and did not get much done. I was in the only line for service at one stage and one staff member asked that 3 of us from the first line to move aside beside the counter so that she could terminate the line as it was almost 12.00 midday. She then started serving others instead of us who were from the original line. When a complaint was made she started serving 2 or 3 at a time. Dreadful.
L.Team are so friendly and down to earth, even the driving instructors there are down to earth and not stuck up like the other vtnz or aa instructors I've come across when I've been with family who are sitting licenses and myself when I did mine.

S.Ideally located you can't go past this place for peace of mind service for your vehicle. The guys treat me with respect, listening and offering excellent advice. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking.
N.My testing instructor, Tian, gave out clear instructions as he was conducting the driving test. He not only gave you directions ahead of time, but he also used hand signals and gestures as to which way you should go. I think this was really helpful especially for those whose English isn't their first language and also if you ever misunderstood what he said.

N.Had to wait for ages to be served. The place ended up filling up with people during the time I was waiting. The place became quite noisy. Once I got served didnt take liung but some people should remember, a smile while serving customers goes a long way..
P.Staff are friendly.......had a great instructor for my test.....but queue time is horrendous, super busy place.....got there early, was in line for 40mins, the line didn't move before I was called away for the driving test; was told I could do the paperwork later.....I come back after my test, only to wait in line for another 30mins.
S.I get my Certificate of Fitness done here. Fast, efficient service and friendly, helpful staff. If they don't pass your vehicle, then don't give them a hard time. They are just doing their job.

J.Still respect VTNZ Wiri, just feel a bit cheated on and played as I have failed my restricted over failing to stop at a yellow traffic light when I personally felt it wasn’t safe for myself to stop from 60kph to 0 within 4 seconds. Like it could be done but driving is about being smooth and safe.... Just really really feel like it’s unfair I failed on something I personally didn’t feel it was safe to do even, with the Instructor saying I could have. Such a bummer especially when I feel as they’re a lot harder on young boys.
