Had my car booked in for service and a wof, i was nicely greated by their lovely secretary, they had me seated, their technitian Darko took the car in very carefully, it was all done within 25 min, i am very happy w the job, very proffesional from start to finish. I recomend.

Amazing service. I rushed in 10 min before closing time and they worked late to WoF my car. Great to deal with, the headlight needed to be fixed and they replaced it for me on the spot. Supper hassle free and really made it easy for me. Thanks team!

In November 2019 I had a bulb in a head light go out while driving at night. The next morning I called in without an appointment to West Euro Auto and my car was seen to immediately while I waited. I was warned it might be a simple bulb or an expensive whole light fitting. Fortunately it was the easy one and was all done and dusted in minutes. I appreciate the prompt service, the warning of potential costs and the friendly service. A no frills waiting area but it's the car repair and customer service that counts. I'll be a regular now.

We love bringing our cars here. We always find the service friendly and good quality. They always call to confirm everything that will need to be done on the car before they proceed and explain things easily if I don't understand. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great service! These guys were able to fit me in last minute when I forgot my service had to be done for insurance. They were really clear on pricing up front and called me before proceeding when extra work was required. They even called the insurance and got the claim for my window sorted for me!

I have been using West Euro Auto for years, and am always delighted with the service I receive. Nick always fits the car in and I feel confident he ensures I am driving a safe car. All work needed is discussed and completed quickly. In fact in the past Nick has helped me out in warranty issues with a car dealer. I also find all the staff genuinely friendly.

Very helpful and quick staff. Job done in no time. 18/07/18 We just went back to West Euro Auto again yesterday this time for our BMW 320D. We got a full service, rear brakes, rear tires and a couple of other minor things done. All good. I'd mentioned to Nick's team that we were worried about a smokey exhaust for the last couple of years that I thought may be injectors. Well this team fixed it . Quick, easy and something that a principle dealership didn't do after two attempts. Great job done Nick and your team. Thanks!

Very impressed with West Auto Euro. Being a woman I dont know a lot about cars so it was great that Nick could explain to me in layman's terms what needed to be done. No pushy sales pitches either, I was given the choice to if I thought it necessary or not. Very well priced also. Thanks for making it a very easy experience.

Had a bad experience with the tyre shop next door to west auto so I brought my tyre here they beat the tyre shop next door by 45 dollers and were super friendly will be back

So fast, helpful and professional. The team were able to fit me in for a WOF without an appointment and were very clear about what work was required before starting the service. Highly recommended and will visit again.

I am a returning customer, year after year, because of West Euro Auto's quick booking, friendly and professional service and their very reasonable price (e.g., $35 WOF). As a West Auckland resident, the fact that this is a local service just outside our shopping centre is a plus.

Always great service from the gentlemen at West Euro Auto. They know cars like Steven Hawking knows theoretical physics and they're as precise as a surgeon with obsessive compulsive disorder and a heavy Ritalin prescription.

Went there today with a concern about the steering in my car, Diagnosis was for a far less serious problem than I thought and the charge was a lot less than expected, service was friendly and prompt, I have used them over a number of years and have never had a complaint about them.
