S.Had my car booked in for service and a wof, i was nicely greated by their lovely secretary, they had me seated, their technitian Darko took the car in very carefully, it was all done within 25 min, i am very happy w the job, very proffesional from start to finish. I recomend.
L.Amazing service. I rushed in 10 min before closing time and they worked late to WoF my car. Great to deal with, the headlight needed to be fixed and they replaced it for me on the spot. Supper hassle free and really made it easy for me. Thanks team!

M.In November 2019 I had a bulb in a head light go out while driving at night. The next morning I called in without an appointment to West Euro Auto and my car was seen to immediately while I waited. I was warned it might be a simple bulb or an expensive whole light fitting. Fortunately it was the easy one and was all done and dusted in minutes. I appreciate the prompt service, the warning of potential costs and the friendly service. A no frills waiting area but it's the car repair and customer service that counts. I'll be a regular now.

S.Great service! These guys were able to fit me in last minute when I forgot my service had to be done for insurance.
They were really clear on pricing up front and called me before proceeding when extra work was required.
They even called the insurance and got the claim for my window sorted for me!

We just went back to West Euro Auto again yesterday this time for our BMW 320D. We got a full service, rear brakes, rear tires and a couple of other minor things done. All good.
I'd mentioned to Nick's team that we were worried about a smokey exhaust for the last couple of years that I thought may be injectors. Well this team fixed it . Quick, easy and something that a principle dealership didn't do after two attempts. Great job done Nick and your team.

No pushy sales pitches either, I was given the choice to if I thought it necessary or not. Very well priced also. Thanks for making it a very easy experience.
