In early January, before most businesses started back after the New Year break, we were looking for someone to check the brakes on our caravan before returning to our home in North Canterbury. After calling a couple of places that were open but “too busy” to perform what turned out to be a 10 minute check, we had the good fortune to call Auto Super Shoppe Blenheim and talk to Grant. Although not open for business he was willing to meet us at workshop at an agreed time as this was a matter of safety. Although no repair was required for the brakes, we departed the premises with instructions for regular brake checks during the journey, and Grant's private phone number to let him know of our progress, and that we arrived safely. Grant is a guy who genuinely understands, and in our case delivered, outstanding customer care as well as a great technical understanding of the brakes and chassis on our caravan. We have no hesitation in recommending the Auto Super Shoppe Blenheim.
